Don’t get the Carrick link at all.
On coaching staff at a club with one of the biggest budgets in world football.
Never experienced the Championship.
Why would anyone consider him to be able to hit the ground running with us?
Or have I missed something?

...after hearing Bromby on Radio Leeds, not sure it would be Wagner - seemed to suggest would not be short term yet the suggestion from others was that Wagner would be 12 months....

Keep changing my mind about wanting Wagner back.
For obvious reasons I do, but, I don't want it all tarnished and in his first spell he had Aaron Mooy, probably our best player for 40 years? Who was pivotal to our play and incredibly important when hanging on to leads which we did regularly. Could he rekindle the magic without him I'm not sure.

Success would be getting a system and team that works. A lot would judge Wagner returning on promotion. Liklihood of that happening is slim. For me, if he came back and brought an identity and spirit back again which saw us pushing up the table this season, that is success |
