I trust the viewpoint of well informed posters like Maynard who has previously stated that the Americans were a better choice but for some reason Dean has thrown his lot in with the Dutch. If Maynard implies it’s the wrong choice, that says a lot. Some would disagree with Hoyle if he said water was wet. And some on here would agree if Hoyle said water was dry. What's your point here?

Some would disagree with Hoyle if he said water was wet. I trust Maynard over Dean, that’s for sure. Deans actions over the last four seasons have been deplorable. Not disagreeing but a made up name on an internet forum could literally be anyone, could be Ken Davy for all we know still angry about them one pound t shirts.

He’s been very accurate with his insights and predictions over the years in fairness… Certainly not a one off poster

Who in everyone’s opinion have been examples of the best chairmen in English football, over the recent years?

But Maynard generally posts accurate information with no strong opinion, if he/she had an agenda, it certainly has never been obvious to me.

So many conflicting reports about the Dutch bid, whether it's good or not. I know this, you can't buy us to use us as a feeder club and have no ambition.
To me this is a huge moment and what concerns me is people's ego's to not sell to the Americans. If anyone thinks people running the club don't have egos they are wrong.

I do wonder if once this is all resolved whether Dean will reflect on his stewardship with sadness, how he went from being a fan leaping onto the perimeter at Gigg Lane all of those years ago to being the owner that presided over such a disgraceful situation putting the clubs future at serious risk.

I remember in that interview Hoyle had with that kid on YouTube he made out that Bloom was playing a dangerous game with Brighton. Look at them now Dean, now look at us..

I would certainly be annoyed if, the 3 times consecutive winners of the premier division in English football, were used by a non entity Dutch club, as a feeder club.

Just to clarify: We defo want Hoyle out, Potless was an embarrassment due to his wealth, we didn’t like Davy cause he didn’t support Town, Rubery was a twat and nearly put us out if business, Taylor was a pauper as well as Longbottom or whatever he was called. We don’t want Dutch investors cause they won’t spend money. So what we are actually expecting is a Billionaire to think Huddersfield would be a nice place to come occasionally on their private jet and spunk millions expecting no return other than enjoyment. I’m surprised no one realised this in the last 125 years and it’s taken till now to allow such a man to take over.re I trust the viewpoint of well informed posters like Maynard who has previously stated that the Americans were a better choice but for some reason Dean has thrown his lot in with the Dutch. If Maynard implies it’s the wrong choice, that says a lot. let’s see who takes over first. And if Maynard is right or wrong!!

Just another example of Hoyle talking out of his arse. In the same interview he had the audacity to try and blame the fans for Ben Hamer being shit. Unbelievable.

I'd much rather have the Dutch lot cos, as a generalisation, I don't particularly like Yanks but if Hoyles going to still have a finger in the pie with the Dutch then "come on, ya fat fucks. YOO-ESS-AY"

They've taken AZ to the Europe League and high position in the Dutch league every year. I'm pretty sure they can turn is into regular championship challengers.

Yeah fair play, however, they’ve been posting for years now and it’s the first time I’ve noticed any form of that, plus that can simply be them taking the information they know and having their own opinion, doesn’t have to be biased.

I think some people have decided that the American's are best as they seemingly have a lot more dosh, so anyone else is judged as a let-down. It's a bit like when Wagner was hinted as a return to manage us, EVERYONE else was seen as being some inferior choice (of course, it didn't help given the manager we did end up with!). Seem to remember quite a few posters desperate for Adam Pearson to get involved to the exclusion of any alternatives at one point. Some folk just latch onto what they perceive as their 1st/best choice, and write everything else off.

I noticed quite a while ago and like I said, I don't really care. But, then maturity has led me to question every single thing I read, watch or hear. Somebody is always out to influence/nudge you one way or another.
