Fucking rubbish, this. We're playing like half the team has had the shits since Monday. Job done on monday.. Win by 4, ignore the two goals conceded to a team that on the day were piss poor. Bore 2 draws and progress... Do you think Shaw will deign to run tonight??? Dont look as though there was any gameplan for tonight, dont look as though they have met before. It might be England but I think its more Southgates problem. Its easy really, they are working harder than we are.. You can say the USA are well organised but truth is they are moving more than we are and faster. |

Very poor 1st half, we played like a team that thought all they had to do to win was turn up.
Very slow in possession, very lapse out of it. I'd hook Sterling, Mount & Saka for Foden, Grealish & Rashford. They need a rocket up their arses - a point wouldn't be too bad a result but if we do the job tonight we can rest Kane on Tuesday.

Think the WC tournament is the epitome of the squad game. Southgate missed a trick of getting more players involved. Find out who is going to make a real, game changing difference, in the knockout stages. Now it's just a guessing game to be played in gut wrenching situations.

He has literally picked the 11 that scored 6 in the last game, not sure how much ‘in form’ you can get? anyway? We will agree to disagree mate. Mount was outstanding the last game, does a lot of unseen, unselfish work that massively benefitted Saka/Bellingham in the last game. He does a lot of technical running causing opposition players to be under a lot of pressure but it’s rarely noticed. |
