Biggest game of the season so far - if we win there’s a lot of hope again + we drag Rotherham back into it. A loss would be a killer. I’ll go draw 😂

If we win we'll go above 1 on a points-per-game basis, which might be just enough for survival if we can continue it over the course of the season. Things will look a lot better if we do.
It'll be for the first this season (closest so far was 3 points after 3 games when we beat Stoke 3-1 at home).

A win and some hope for us all would be a great end to the year.
A great performance at last and a 3-0 win is my prediction.

Huge game, win this and it drags Rotherham in to it, could get us off the bottom too. Rotherham have been pretty decent so far given their stature and limited resources but this is a game we must must win.

Back to back wins for the first time this season...get a bit of momentum and confidence going for a string of winnable games around the corner.

Rotherham are definitely in a relegation battle. The result tomorrow won't change that Ditto for us. Sadly Oddly enough losing does not mean we are relegated but the comments after a loss will tell you it does? Its a game and 3 points, same as any game for anybody else tomorrow, its still December, nothing is set.

Thought we looked better than them at theirs and shouldn’t have lost. Hope the players felt the same and want to make amends.

Rotherham have done the double over Town only once back in 63/64 season, if they do the same tomorrow all the effort & result of Boxing Day will be all to no avail, a convincing winning performance is now needed to back up the finish on Monday.......lets put them to the sword with a 2-3 nil-ler (for the Millers)..UTT.

I guess with Thomas coming straight back in, who does he replace? i asume he will replace KKH at right back/ wing back. I do not like this though as KKH is better at wing back than full back, yet Thomas is and never will be a wing back and plays better with a solid full back behind him.

Could be a massive six pointer to win going into the transfer window. Getting within sight of safety might encourage the purse strings to be loosened a touch.

Just so I can understand your thinking. If we loose tomorrow then the Preston win will be rendered completely meaningless - with 22 games left after tomorrow I am not sure I would necessary agree with that!

The best he should be getting is a place on the bench, possibly in place of Jackson who was ill yesterday according to Fotheringham.

I think he should take Jackson/ Mahoney's place on the bench- come on as an impact sub , might be a good thing tbh

Scott High has returned to us at his request. Makes sense. Couldn't have played in that game regardless so it makes sense for him to come back early and give MF a proper chance to look at him. Suspect he'll be loaned to a Lg1 club.

Preston was welcome bonus, losing to Rotherham whom we are expected to beat would a big set back considering they are one of the favourites for relegation too.......would you agree?

I would not agree with the idea, we are expected to beat them. Rotherham will be fancying this big time tomorrow , Town have to frame and be up for it from the get go tomorrow, if we are not we will get found out .
