He won’t be around much longer. Good. Does that mean him & MF will be sacked?

I never thought I’d ever say this but I’m genuinely clinging on to caring for Town. Every aspect of it I feel detached from. The board sit there, silent. It’s gash on the field, no tactics, no style of play, nothing. I can’t even begin to list the issues within the squad, we’ve gone so far backwards to last year. Off the field it’s so unbelievably bad, ownership, scouting, stadium situation, there’s not one single positive. The manager is just a person impersonating a football manager but only the board and townrwe are daft enough not to realise it yet. The soul and identity of the club have completely gone, there’s just nothing there at all. It’s not a reaction to getting knocked out of the club, it’s just the way we play, what this manager says, the whole vibe. I’m desperately trying to care. Captures exactly how I feel as well, barely even checking DATM outside of the odd glance hoping to see some in the know posters confirming the manager has left, club sold, or something resembling a reset. We desperately need the manager, Bromby, Hoyle, Phil and any other useless tosser on the board gone. The only glimmer of hope is the new CEO but even he’s been silent since that promising interview. Why do you single anyone else on the board out? Apart from Bromby and Hoyle/Balders, they have zero influence on playing matters.

Someone is stressing a little tonight. The lad is one of the most highly rated defenders we have. He showed he isn't afraid of getting stuck in, just mistimed a couple. Get off his back. Highly rated by whom? He looked miles off the level needed to me - incredibly poor aerially and caught 2 or 3 times yards out of position in c half an hour. Neat and tidy in possession at times but cant see him being involved much based on todays showing albeit clearly its v early days for the lad. Highly rated by staff. He was also playing next to KKH who like Ruffles left the LCB exposed. For a young lad om his debut, he didn't have the best support.

It’s the cup, i wanted to win but don’t really care we’re out.
Despite knowing bugger all about what’s going on at the club i get the feeling relegation would be a disaster. What’s left of the season is massive.
It might not be pretty, it might be a shit show how we got here, but here we are. A few months to probably save the club as we currently know it.
I won’t miss another game now this season i think it’s that important for our future. We might not be able to do much but i’ll do what i can to support what is our current very poor team.

If we get relegated this season we may be relying on the academy for playing staff in my opinion.

has it honestly taken people this long to realise? I've been trying to tell people for months. Schofield didn't pick a single match day squad in his time here That’ll explain why our two managerial choices this season have been Schofield and MF. No manager worth their salt is putting up with that level of interference.

Don’t think it costs anywhere near that anymore, it may have done when we were cat 2 but since the down grade I’m pretty sure we only run a 19s and b team

Went today as Preston is the closest ground to where I live. Don't get to as many games as I used to when I was based in Sheffield, so thought I would go today. Wish I hadn't. Like many, apathy is setting in. Not even arsed when we lose, people at work stopped asking how we did at the weekend when they see my expression at 6am Monday morning. Almost looking forward to league 1 if Morecambe stay up and Barrow get promoted so I have local games to go to. All that abuse I gave to my Leeds supprting workmate a few years ago is biting me in the arse. Karma is indeed a bitch.
Also Preston is a dump.
And now Wednesday are winning. Carlsberg don't make weekends, but if they did it would be as shit as this one.

I'm pretty sure Dean Hoyle et all may have something on the league position, the managers position, the financial state of the club, we have gone from an open door policy (Which I don't agree with) to a roll your trouser leg up funny handshake organisation. Maybe DH has been too open and honest in the past but to go to the other end of the spectrum just manifests the views that some hold that the fans doing matter anymore?

why they are working hard to sort it out I Cannotvsay anything if there is nothing to report despite the frustration The people in charge don’t give a fuck about us. I have to agree with VLP on this, the more and more this goes on. I feel that DH does not care about huddersfield town at all, we all know PH is a lier i mean come on he lied about been at the 10-1 game, if you were there you know you were there, it was edged on your mind . I thought DH really cared about the club, the mroe this rangles on with rubbish appointments of managers and rubbish cheap sigings. Then the more it appears DH just wants to collect money .
If DH can sit back and watch a club he says he loves die on its feet then fine, but he is not hte person i thought he was .He appointed a head coach to take the blame nothing else, he knew MF would divided opinion from fans, therefore take the blame away from his door. If the club is relegated it is DH's fault no one elses, he had the chance to get CC' back and decided not to he had the chance to get DW didn't want to pay it. Your fault DH and now he is mucking around with fees . Do what needs to be done, then sell the club to someone who cares about the club then go AWAY please .

I'm not going to believe he hasn't been picking the team - it's just emotion boiling over and a lack of capacity to speak clearly.
But I've never heard such nonsense in pre and post-match conferences.
It's the constant cliche-ridden garbage that's wearing me down.

I can relate to this but would say that I feel the club give me the impression that they couldn't give a stuff about me. It's my club, it always will be, but that is why what is happening is all the more painful to witness. It’s a good point. I get absolutely no impression they care for me too. I’ve got towns on my calf, this is more than a day out for me. That’s why it’s so painful. But we used to be in L1. You should be enjoying these halcyon dayzzzz.

I’m banging a broken drum here, but if so many posters have spotted that his remarks were open to misinterpretation, why didn’t the interviewer ask for clarification?
If the interviewers won’t take him to task, no wonder he talks claptrap.

He shouldn’t be given the opportunity to even give a one word answer moving forwards. Cheerio will do nicely for me.
