Anything's possible with hard work and dedication. Fothy told me that.

weirdly I'd feel a bit better about our predicament if he ditches West Brom for Leeds now. It'd tell me that it was bound to happen with us

No chance. They've missed out on Dyche thankfully.

Hopefully West Brom play hardball if approached.

Why on earth would he consider taking on a club facing relegation when he has West Brom in such a potentially good position.

If he goes, West Brom will get well compensated. I agree that it would have been more painful had he left us for them.

Will give him a convenient excuse for opting for a better offer. Mind you, not sure their fans will buy it the same as our gullible lot did.

Corboran must be having a huge sense of deja-vu.
At a championship club...has his team performing better than the sum of its parts would suggest.. looking like a play off spot is likely...but the club needs ongoing injections of money just to pay the wages and sustain itself...its in the last year of parachute payments... and if promotion isnt achieved will have to massively reduce its wage bill and sell some of its better players.
His reaction to that before was to be looking to move on if a better offer comes along, and Id be amazed if he wasnt thinking the same now. Everton considered him apparently but looked elsewhere .. if Leeds want him he'll be off like a shot IMO.

I hate to say it but let’s be honest, Leeds is a brilliant job.
There’s money and huge potential, it would be no surprise if a real manager got them towards Europe.
Fingers crossed they get the appointment wrong, get relegated and find themselves in financial problems.

I'm not bothered what CC does, but I'm already feeling mild dread at the possibility of Heff ending up there.
Should it reach the stage where Carlos is offered the job, he would have to take it - the opportunity may never arise again.
That said, the YEP seems a bit cooler on the prospect than much of the national media:

That said, the YEP seems a bit cooler on the prospect than much of the national media: The 'potential' at Leeds has been a running sore for a couple of decades at least now. Wendies the same.. You get the feeling that apart from the fans the rest of football is bored with it failing to materialise. "We should be this or that, should be beating this team or that' ran out of legs for everyone else some time ago.. Truth is they were away for so long, spending so much to fail too many times, that the top clubs just moved further and further away from them. I remember the Chelsea team a few years ago, trying and failing to find Leeds on a map for a cup tie they had there. Its a long and ludicrously expensive way back.

Listened in to the football hour on last nights Radio Leeds expecting something on us but it was all lufc. Was surprised some of their fans seriously think they have a chance of bringing Poch or even Tuchel in. I know they’ve always been delusional but wow! The feeling on Corberan was it may just be too soon for him to take the job. Wondered if Benitez would be a good shout?

Given CC's history of job hopping, he'd be off in a shot ..loyalty ? pah !

Their only hope is attacking as their defence is woeful. 😂😂😂😂 Relegated and a fire sale please
