Hope we pick players for the role and have an attack worthy of the name. Be good to win, and then bring on Birmingham. Could be 6 points with the players in correct positions and some confidence in the head coach.

It will be interesting to see the reaction on here If High and Lowton start and no Camara given it was all the clueless Buzz’ fault when this happened before and showed he didn’t have a clue. Before I get accused of being a fan of Buzz I thought he had to go but team selection will be interesting this week to get another coaches perspective

It’s Chico time.. 🍻 Showed against Cardiff that he's not afraid to wield the axe as Thomas & Russell both found out, similar to CC's approach the onus will be on not conceding & creating enough to steal the points, the defence you would hope will be doing everything possible to keep a clean sheet after the Blackpool humiliation........1-0 Town, love it to be Pat Jones winner in last 15 min cameo runout. |

I'd love him to boss it but let's all keep our feet on the ground. He is working with players who have had the stuffing knocked out of them. If he can keep it solid, like at Cardiff, we have a chance, but it is still a tough game.

Just looked to see who ref is on Saturday & my heart missed a beat when I saw Jeremy Simpson's name, luckily after adjusting my gems I see he's at Watford (tf. v Blackburn), we have got Gavin Ward who is usually ok......I think/hope.....Oh dear, further down the page I see James Linington (ffs) is doing Stoke away.

I don’t thinks true, I think the overwhelming majority of fans have voted for Wilder in the next manager thread. I think where Pelach has been spoken of is that for now until we appointment someone, he is the correct person to take the reigns. I’m told that he’s well liked and respected by the players behind the scenes and is capable but I’m pretty sure that he said to the media after the Cardiff game when he took control last time, that he didn’t want the job full time and wanted to be an assistant. |

Sat is huge - both in terms of result and setting the tone for the final 3 / 4 months of the season.
We keep being told by many on here that the squad is more than good enough to survive (me included to be fair, but doubts are creeping in!) - up to them and the new coaching set up to deliver now that the negativity around MF is no more.
Heres hoping................

Didn't Pelach give Camara his first start? If there are no underlying reasons and just regarding footballing matters, he may bring him back in. I'd expect him to start Rhodes as well because I thing that Waghorn is maybe connected with the old regime.

I'd have thought so, as long as he has someone decent behind him. Regular is a different matter, but we also have Jackson. I agree that it was a glaring omission & if we could bring in one player, that's the position I'd get one. I'd agree with the whole right footed left back thing. I don't even like to see right footed LCBs. |
