Wow in 48 hours, warnock totally exploded with this team, would have surely shocked the other team and manager.
My question now going forward is will Warnock change things on a game to game basis, or will he just go full throttle every game, time will tell, I would say do the same with Burnley and see what happens, after all there's nowt to lose, will be interesting all the same.

Nice view of the goals and Warnock's reaction.... Love that! Seeing Ronnie celebrating the winner has got me in tears and taken me back to being at games with my Mum and Dad in Warnocks first spell. Just great to see that passion for the team in the staff. Brilliant reaction from Jeppo, just pure joy and passion. But it's the expression on Neil's face after the first one that got me.

So much better on the eye as a spectacle than what we've seen in previous years (including the Carlos era)...the safety first ,possession based coaching strategy that nearly all managers follow is, as I've posted before, often turgid to watch. For Town this season it simply didn't work, we got caught out and continually struggled with the formation and tactics. This is my moan about over-coaching and trying to present your team as playing the 'right' way that would bring admiration for you from fellow coaches...'proper football' they'd say, sophisticated even..? Who didn't eventually get bored watching Barcelona's tippy tappy possession football ?..manchester City same ? every game 60-75% possession, mainly in their own half ...
No, today was more like it for me, not 'up and under' as per Wimbledon..but more direct, into the channels, getting it'forad' quicker..creating chances, putting their defence under pressure, especially that first half where Brum looked shell shocked..
Danny Ward did well too, this suits him much more than our previous style, he was involved more and had a good game. The midfield actually worked neatly together and some of the passing combinations were a joy to watch.. It was 'front foot' football..and long may it continue..
Hope we chuck away that old coaching manual...

Jeppo knew it was Neil’s day when they first walked out. Nice touch, so pleased it worked out for them and the team.
A decent performance v Burnley (ideally with a tangible return), and the place will be bouncing v Coventry.

Challenge you all to watch this, and not smile get a lump in your throat and massive fuck-off goosebumps when you see NW reactions to the goals. It's amazing to see what a feel good factor can do to galvanize a club again. It's a big ask to stay up, but on that showing, we have a fighting chance. Corrected that for you.

Trouble is it’s taken a complete shit show for those making the decisions to go back to basics because everyone in the game thinks the Barca/citeh model is the one to follow. Drives me insane The game is supposed to be an entertainment. I think folk forget that

Felt like shit yesterday but felt compelled to go and I'm glad I did, what a game!
Every player put in a shift and the fans backed them all the way.
Hungbo ran himself into the ground, he was superb. Thought Headley got forward well and deserved his goal. Camara tackled everything and played well. Three young lads stepping forward in difficult circumstances bodes well.
What a difference Warnock has made already, he'll have the lads running through brick walls for him every game, that I have no doubt.
Well done everyone but we've still got a long way to go.
Let's keep pushing them on in the stands.

The whole atmosphere was better. Ronnie in the warm ups, arms round players, pointing directions but smiling and obviously getting people on board. Praising players but also making subtle points. No one would feel they have been thrown under the bus. Great day. I know brilliant isn’t it? But disappointed I didn’t see either Neil or rocket Ron outside at half time watching the subs warm up! I said that a half time, he simply isn't in Fotheringham's league is he?

The physiological boost of winning from a goal down will do their confidence no end of good.

Don't fret about that yet...let's just focus on the job in hand and see where it takes us... If we do stay up then someone needs to think, in the summer, about how we did it...and take note. At the moment though I'm looking no further than Burnley and shock away win for the Terriers...

The physiological boost of winning from a goal down will do their confidence no end of good. 100%..and not conceding a goal in the 90th minute, or the 91st, 92nd, 93rd, 94th, 95th, 96th, 97th, 98th, 99th, 100th, 101st, 102nd, 103rd, 104th, 105th, or 106th....!!

I was out on a piss uo yesterday, keeping tabs on the match online. Absolute agony waiting for the full time. I kept refreshing until about 95 mins then thought I won't look again until its definately over. 10 mins later had another look and they were still playing! What was that all about?

What was that all about? 10 minute delay after Camara crunched one of their players who was then stretchered off. Then another 3 or 4 minute Brum injury in injury time.

It was noticeable that only Warnock and Jepson could be seen in the technical area today. No sign of them other two... Pelach second left? Yeah, but he didn't come out of the dugout. It was left to the proper coaches.

Brum fans being arseholes by their coaches. Not sure that’s such a surprise? What happened to the dickhead who was gesturing and arguing with the police in the ground

Yeah Deeney looks offside for their goal. Hungbo also looks a touch offside for his goal as well to be fair...

Wow! Watched the extended highlights and what a difference a couple of days can make! Everybody pulling together, when that happens we have a chance. NW, a proper manager and I’m glad we got him.
