He is the best keeper we have after Nichols. 6”5” and very agile. Made a couple of excellent saves today and looks so calm. Quick release of the ball led to two goals. He has all the makings of a top class keeper. As for today, everyone of them a hero for me. Neil has a week with them before the Burnley game. Good rest and get the tactics worked on. The whole place was buzzing. You could tell he's being schooled by Nicholls too 😁

total transformation, I wonder what he said to them at 2.55? 'Stop fucking about and play football'? He told Oggy that Hungbo was the last out of the dressing room, as he passed him he tapped him on the shoulder and said "go make me look like a genius" 😁

I'm sure all the starting XI have got their rightful plaudits but I wanted to highlight Ruffels. He's had a lot of criticism, and most of it justified, but he did a fantastic job when he came on. Blocks, headers, tackles, clearances, everything. Well done. Yep, when he came on I said to the lad next to me that that change could lose us the game but Josh did well considering he was up against Sideshow Bob mkII

Kasumu at wing back had me thinking has Colin gone mad in his time off For me MOM probably his best performance for Town. I looked at the line up and presumed it was a back 4 with Lowton at RB, I couldn't believe it when he lined up as the left side of the 3 CB's.

Whilst it was all about Town today I didn't think Birmingham played that badly and they'll be feeling aggrieved at least not getting a point, they did carve out some decent chances. That Deeney miss was a shocker. But, meh, fuck them and their shit fans. Baccas pass certainly didn't deserve a finish that bad

Watching the highlights we were a little fortunate on chances created. We could just as easily have lost that game but at last trying to win rather than bore our way to safety. How does a 10 minute highlights reel not even show the penalty shout which looked as blatant as they come? If you mean the 'Extended Highlights' that appears on YouTube it's no such thing. It's always the same incidents you get in the ordinary 3 minute highlights but with half a dozen replays, Just as 'Access all areas' is nothing of the sort. And as for that film 'Never Ending Story', don't get me started.

Nice view of the goals and Warnock's reaction.... I presume, when it's on Calender, they'll mute the lad shouting "fucking come on" when Cols celebrating Joe's goal 😁

I know brilliant isn’t it? But disappointed I didn’t see either Neil or rocket Ron outside at half time watching the subs warm up! I said that a half time, he simply isn't in Fotheringham's league is he? That’s very true! Maybe Warnock will have one last challenge in Germany so he can match MF.

Everything about it was so different. The players will to win,. the fans getting behind the players, particularly in those closing minutes when it was obvious they were physically flagging a bit. Says it all when we had 3 players.. senior players too,, demanding to play regardless of what the medical people are saying. Brum had some good players , particularly Bacuna who was probably the stand out player in the game, but we just had a will to win that saw us through. Compare how we caved into a shambles for 15 minutes after stoke went 1-0 up a few days ago.. this time we brushed ourselves off and forced our way back into the game. And whilst fans have been slagging anyone and everything off about the club this season, one thing we should all agree on is the quantity and quality of the kids that are stepping up into the first team is really impressive. Has our production line ever been better and anywhere near it? Headley and Bilo being the latest. Tremendous performances by both ,, plus camara.. Jackson and Diarra waiting to get back on the pitch. Plus Camara, Jones, Simpson.

I do have one complaint about yesterday. With all the singing, cheering and shouting, my voice is knackered today! You didn’t have that under MMF Mine too!

Lucky 13 .. Last time we beat Birmingham in a League game at Home was October 1996 . A run of 13 games . The last 6 games at the John Smiths including an FA Cup tie have all ended in draws.

Talking about bacuna, is it just coincidence that when these lads stop being seemingly obsessed by their flaming hairstyles that they suddenly look such better players? When I think of him for us, I remember a lad with so much ability but one who would fanny about doing silly little tricks that rarely come off and posing around in games whilst sporting an ever more intricate and colourful, constantly changing art installation on his head. Yesterday,, just normal hair.. looked every bit the player we should have bought for our £5m or whatever we paid for him. Its got to be something to do with focus. For more evidence think of Sorba and Jon Russell.. both turn up this season with all sorts of imaginative shenanigans going on upstairs.. and both are unfocussed and generally shite. Should be in their contracts.. short back and sides or a buzzcut. Even Rudoni looked better yesterday having paid a visit to Herr Kutz. I wonder if Colin had a word on Friday, "there'll be no Alice bands in my team, son"

Not knocking the lad cos he didnt actually lose posession much and actually played well yesterday, but Camara looked so casual on the ball at times, he gets himself into trouble but somehow manages to get out of it, its like hes playing with his hands in his pockets, had my heart in my mouth a number of times.

We said exactly that when he stood up to take the first free kick Get ya chuffing hair cut lad 😂😂😂

It was the fans who brought Warnock back...you think Dean doesn't read DATM...? For his mental health I hope he doesn't He used to. That’s for sure. I would find it hard to imagine he still does

They have some talented players, but don't seem to have quite got there as a squad. The off the field shenanigans are another matter. The Brum City supporters have more than ten fingers per capita, based on my experiences in the city.

Just watched the final whistle video and 2 very telling moments for me. Firstly the look on Hoggs face before embracing Jepson, and secondly the point at which Jepson embraces Rudoni which is followed by Warnock putting his arm round him and having a quick quiet 1 to 1 chat.
Those moments are why Warnock has succeeded and in my mind will succeed again with us and certain other managers were nowhere near.

Nice read cheers I have a mate, calls himself LeedsPhil who is based in Aberdeen and he posts regularly on that forum, so I tend to check it out once a week or so. Every now and then there are posts from groundhoppers having been to games at Golcar, Liversedge etc and even in the Huddersfield district leagues.
