I'm in Encino today but live in Manhattan. Heading back there after the weekend. There aren't many of us stateside - you and Kevin might have tripled the USA town fan contingent! Ah. It was 1976 when I started work. They provided mud logging services for the offshore and onshore oil and gas industry at the wellsite. They were the sort of company new graduate geologists used to get their first exposure to in the industry, before joining an actual oil company, like I did (Esso/Exxon). |

Welcome aboard justaguy - we visited Sacramento briefly on a road trip round California back in 2013. We went to the old town area, I think.
It's been a great introduction to you today but please don't think it's like that every week. That result was definitely a high spot for us this season. You'll get used to the gallows humour on here - sometimes it's hard to believe that we do all support the same team

I’m sorry I don’t know what that is Over here, Sky show football and if it's midweek games they show one on the actual channel but if you press the red button on your telly controller it takes you to a menu where you can choose just about any game that's played that night. It's not very good because the game is shown in standard definition, with one camera angle, one commentator and no replays. |
