Ball boys are almost always fans of the home team. They're going to do that. We can call ourselves unlucky because of the timing of the equaliser. We can call ourselves lucky because we got a point when Blackburn were the better side Or we can go back to unlucky because they could easily have been down to 9 men. Either way though, stonewall red cards for Carter and Dolan. Yeah but we're shit against 10 men so does that means we'd have been doubly shit against 9? |

Blackburn did play well, moved the ball around a lot etc..but..it's hardly a measure is it when they've basically got the entire field to play in, unchallenged. Considering they were basically camped on the edge of our box, and the chances they did create..2 goals was a poor return I'd say... I still kind of thougth we'd go upfield and notch a 3rd just to totally p*ss them off...Koroma had a chance but otherwise that was it 2nd half.

Anyone else thing the ref bottled sending off their 17. Had already been booked for pulling back and did it again. Ref didn't even give a foul as he knew he'd have to give him a 2nd yellow! Completely agree. He was going to blow then saw who it was so played on. Also, was Kasumu given offside from his own pass when he chased down the keeper in the first half? If its the one I'm thinking of that was a very good decision. Ward was offside and held off a defender, so the flag rightly went up even though he didn't go for the ball. I thought that linesman had a good game. The ref, however, didn't. Small things like telling players where to take throws and then letting them take them wherever, to inconsistent decisions, to the added time which should have been 2 or 3 mins longer (but thankfully wasn't). I'd have been fuming as a Blackburn fan over that. |

Thought we were looking tired midway through the 2nd half and the right subs at the right time could have seen us take all 3 points. Not saying we necessarily would have deserved it, Blackburn looked decent and we were really under the cosh after they got their first. Still would have taken a point before ko and it keeps the unbeaten run going. |

You can't ask for more than Town battling now to the end of the season, that was a point gained not two lost. Blackburn must be thinking how the hell they didn't get a hat full today with the chances they had. Great blocking and keeping by Town but we need more composure on the ball but good point IMV lets move on to the next Cup Final

Its the championship and anyone in here can produce chances if they are allowed to attack en masse.
I think we might make a few chances if someone sat in really deep and left one player up.
I dont think we deserved anything today but with a few minutes left this team have proved they will concede the last goal and it needed some bravery not the Zulu tactics.

Blackburn must wonder how they didn't get the 3 pts but that being said, the 17 should have been sent off first half & 10 should have gone for pushing over a ball boy.
10/10 for everyone giving there all but we have to be better on the ball when we are breaking. If we could have held out for 15/20 mins 2nd half they may have lost heart, however, we got a point we didn't deserve as we played next to no football.
We'll take anything right now, onwards & upwards.

I aged 50 years that second half!!! Shame it wasn’t 3 but happy with a point. Other results have gone fairly well for us and we stay in 19th

Just got back from the game.
First half felt like the other games. Sit in and counter, we didnt creat much but we took our chances. Second half, after they more or less scored straight away, felt like we'd gone into alamo mode. At the 60 mins mark it felt like we were going to lose the game.
I said before the game I'd take a point from today so iam happy with the draw. Still smacks abit after giving up a 2 goal cushion.

Very, very fortunate today. 1 point better than none. NW still weaving his magic. But a word on Blackburn I thought they looked as good as anybody we have played at home this season. They were up for it from the first minute to the 95 th. I hope our next opponents don’t show that much determination and no little skill. Only one gripe really: Scott High why was he sent on and not REG? I am not convinced about High at all. Its frightening that he is back around the team again. I half expected him to start after coming on v Watford. He is a liability. |

Disappointing to squander a 2 goal lead but I guess it would be harsh on Blackburn for them to lose but I couldn't have cared less if they had. Thought we let them dominate and set the tone and pattern of the game. Thought we defended resolutely and steadfastly but you're never going to be able to soak up that much pressure, it was like an FA Cup tie where a L2 team are leading a PL team who are desperately trying to cling on to the lead. Thought Vaclik was excellent too and certainly saved us from certain defeat. All in all a point gained and the other results have gone our way, thankfully. On to Swansea.

Vaclik was the reason we got something from that game. 2nd half Blackburn were excellent, we don’t have the quality to compete with a side like that. Delighted with a point in a game that we didn’t deserve anything.

We really only needed 5 or 6 decent passes towards the death, then shithouse further up. Its too hard to sit in for too long as we find out in virtually every game, we will concede the last, late goal. |

Even thought we were 2 0 up I thought that was a top point we took our chances but they were class up front. It was only fantastic defending/goalkeeping that got us a point.

When you say he'd be very disappointed with the 2nd you mean because it went in? Because it was a fantastic save from a few yards out and his defence let him down. Not a chance he's even remotely at fault for it. Not saying it wasn't a fantastic save, just think he'll be disappointed that he wasn't able to either hold on or get it a bit further away from goal. He did pull off a few very very good saves though I genuinely don’t think there is a keeper on the planet that would have held on to that. |
