Did you watch Harry Kane play in the lower leagues? Harratt is a natural finisher. And he has actually bulked out a lot since the end of the season. Why are people so eager to knock any of the young lads? Forgetting your views on Camara 😉 Only after we knew he was going 😁

Macauley langstaff scored tonnes of goals last season in the conference but doesn't mean he will be able to play Championship. And don't compare Harratt with Kane 🤣 Kane was at a prem team and in the England set up as a youth

(Not that I’d compare to Kane)

Averaging a goal every 184 minutes played. Kieran Phillips has played 4416 minutes in senior football scoring 14 goals. Averaging a goal every 315 minutes played. Harratt is nearly 2 years younger than Phillips aswell. Scored at Wembley and at championship level. Something Phillips hasn't done.

Phillips got played on the wing at Walsall so can't really use those stats. Harratt has barely scored at league 2 level. Yeah he did score a goal at Wembley and a poachers goal last season 👏👏. Harratt"s part this season will be 9th man sub and get 5mins every couple of weeks then get a loan to league 2 where he will be a sub... Phillips will transfer I believe this season to a top half league one team and will do well. Morecambe last year was shocking and Phillips looked dangerous Morecambe manager said if Phillips didn't get injured in January then Morecambe probably wouldn't of been relegated. I'd keep both lads and see how both do in championship to generate interest and player value. Then sell them on for a recognised striker... Plymouth just signed Whittaker from Swansea for 1mil Don't know how we can't make a signing like that

Any rumours yet? Sounded like we have a shortlist from what Cartwright said in his interview with Chicken!

Was thinking same. 18 apps 0 goals last year in league 1 😂 Hopefully not. Appreciate we might not be after an out and out goalscorer as NW probably wants a target man for JK and Sorba to play off but surely we need them to chip in with 10-15 goals. That said Plange is recorded at 5ft 10 so hardly a target man either!

Just waiting to move Austerfield’s YTS salary on. We’re then looking at one of Kian Harratt’s mates who’s up for a kick around..

Give it a fucking rest or piss off back to Waccoe Can't be arsed checking but it seems every one of his/her 200+ posts has been negative and deriding the players, the coaching staff or the club. Sometimes managing all three in one chuffing post!!!

Nixon reporting Town are keeping Rhodes now. Wonder if our search for a striker has fizzled out? or, probably more likely, the interest in him failed to crystallise into an acceptable deal.

Nixon reporting Town are keeping Rhodes now. Wonder if our search for a striker has fizzled out? Nixon made it clear that it was Rhodes who was in no hurry to move. Nothing to do with Town’s search.

He's 'reporting' that Rhodes will play in today's behind closed doors friendly 'due to lack of striking options'. Or more likely, we don't want to injure Ward or Harratt at the moment!

Full article here:
Jordan Rhodes will make a shock return to Huddersfield’s ranks - despite Derby County’s interest.
Striker Rhodes plays for Neil Warnock’s team against Accrington Stanley in a closed door game on Tuesday.
That is a shock development for Rhodes after being left off the pre season trip to the West Country.
Both Duane Holmes and Will Boyle missed that trip and were traded off but Rhodes’s future has changed again.
Warnock has failed to land a new striker and may have to use Rhodes who is still under contract and not pushing to leave.
Derby may try for Rhodes on loan but in the meantime he is back in the Huddersfield picture.
