By 'eck Yorkshire Airlines have become expensive. Does the price include a growler? Steady on, nowt wrong with Yorkshire Airlines especially in Alan Bennett class With Captain Boycott flying the plane.

Has anyone seen Plymouth play this preseason? Last year when I did see them they were very agressive in attack and leaked a lot of goals.

50mph winds and heavy rain showers forecast for Saturday. Beautiful summer day! Saturday’s weather identical to Wednesday’s, ie it’s going to lash it down from start to finish. Don’t know where this heatwave is some were forecasting 👎

Weather warning now issued for wind. I'm pretty sure they had to postpone a game there a few years ago due to unsafe conditions due to wind. Might be a day in the pubs at this rate.

So it's likely we'll start the season with an even weaker team/squad than last season ! Let's hope we can struggle through the first few matches and then the promised loan players/cavalry arrive. Somebody might yet have a lot to answer for, and I'm not looking at either Kevin or Neil.

We have players who pick up injuries very easily, warnock can't change that. This is why the squad depth needs looking at seriously, our starting eleven is fine i would say, but how many times these season will Warnock be able to pick it? The players who are very susceptiele to injury haven't changed either therefore like i say options need brining in asap.

Do we get physical tickets sent for this or do you have to print them via the confirmation email? Not bought away tickets for a good while

Looks like Finn Azaz will be missing for Plymouth at the weekend. Dangerous player with 18 goal contributions last season. They're also struggling at LB with both likely to miss out, apparently.

Centre midfield looks worryingly poor and inexperienced. Saturday is a tricky start never mind Leicester afterwards. Injuries, precisely why having a very thin squad packed out with inexperienced players is a risky strategy. Backs to the wall football again this season probably.

Any idea how many tickets we’ve sold? When I rang to get mine yesterday lunchtime I asked how many were left, ticket office lad wasn’t sure of exact amount left but said it was down to double digits. So must be very close to a sellout with over 1,500 sold, great following.

That is probably the most unconvincing midfield line up I’ve seen for a long time. Obviously this will have been noticed by our opponents. Two injuries and it looks like a B team. Hope NW gets someone in soon his interview in the Examiner suggests he’s looking.

With Plymouth last being in the championship back in 2010 and it being such a trek I’m guessing the majority of the 1,500+ town fans going on Sat are like myself and have never been to Home Park.
Those that have been, or have contacts down there, any idea of the best pubs for away fans? It’s definitely not looking like beer garden weather unfortunately!🌪️

Nice to see we've got this seasons scapegoat sorted in time for the first game The player Steve Chicken said "had a really good game against Heerenveen". You can do it REG!😃

Ah REG, the 24 year old "prospect" who isn't good enough to play at centre-half or right-back is now being moved to midfield to see if he's any good there.
I sense a theme here...

With Jackson and Headley fit. Ruffels maybe slots into the midfield 3. It's where he played a lot for Oxford.

Are they not putting today's presser on YouTube? Surely the club are aware that you need to be a twitter user to read it now?

If you are driving there are some crackin real ale country style pubs just north of Plymouth

You can do it REG!😃 I know Chicken is shit but FFS was he there on Saturday. REG was consistently out of position and either gave the ball away or passed it straight out of play. The midfield was non existent til Austerfield came on for him.
