Where has the £10m figure come from?

Where has the £10m figure come from? Seems to me he’s a key cog in our promotion bid and that price reflects we don’t wish to sell unless the price is very high

If there is championship interest from a club on the up like Coventry I expect to see a deal reached for probably nearer half that.

Coventry put off by our £10m asking price! Crazy if true and far more along the lines of Peterborough hard ball approach. Brilliant if we are not giving players away like the great give aways recently like Toff and O'Brien. £10m

10m is laughable. That'd make him the most expensive League One player ever. I'd snap anyone's hand off if they offered 4m. 3m would be tripling our money and probably closer to his actual value.

Surly if he was one of the ones wanting out last season putting potential suitors could be a bad move? If you can get 3M’ish for him surly you snap their hands off?

Why should we bend over. £10m or bugger off. Never understand how teams like Posh and L**ds seem to sell players for vast amounts that are way above what the players are worth so why shouldn’t we.
If he will knuckle down at Town thwn £10m is what he’ll cost. If he doesn’t want to be here then we can negotiate down from the beloved “position of strength”

AB is a fool. It is all on him. JR played 100 percent in every game he could last season. I am convinced he was playing with an injury in the final games of the season. AB made an example of him & JR wasn't the problem. Why JR? The minds boggles. I called out AB after his third game, but got pelters. The guy was a prick & didn't have a clue how to manage a team in this country.

AB’s attitude stunk and I believe he threw the towel in before the players did then had the cheek to call them out…players wear a disgrace all season and clearly huge egos and bad attitudes all over but his own ego did nothing but turn an already sour pot of apples even worse…would be shocked if Rudoni is one of the bad apples considering he does seem to give all he’s got and did seem to be carrying an injury at Ipswich, doubt we’ll ever really know now but I wouldn’t be turning down a few million for the sake of trying to build a team round him…I really don’t think he’s got it personally 🤷🏻♂️

Where has the £10m figure come from? Reported by Alan Nixon. Seems the message is he’s not for sale/we don’t need to sell

I thought the same about Joe Lolley a few years ago and many disagreed, but then he went to Notts and set the place on fire.

I think due to him having quite a bit left on his contract means we can set whatever price we want
10m is probably saying we don't really want to sell, but if your daft enough to pay 10m then ok
Still not the finished article and needs to improve a lot imo to be a good championship player

I personally think the price being bandied about is a complete load of bollocks, freelance journo making money out of clicks on articles just comes out with a eye catching figure, the only people aware of anything re Rudoni are Cartwright, Rudoni and his agent and any club that had enquired. The flow of info out of Town at the moment is zero.

He was head and shoulders above anything else we had in centre midfield and always trying to drag us forward. For me he should be an out-and-out centre mid - rather than the strange 10 role we tried to play him in. If he stays then great, his attitude has always been spot on. We definitely won't get anyone anywhere near as good for that role in League 1.

Not from me you didn't, Cardiff away like Brum away for DM (both 3rd game) the alarm bells started ringing a little with suspect selection/formation, the bells got louder with each game passing from then on.......Trouble is the biggest office at JSS has triple glazing so the buffoon sat in there couldn't hear them.

The thing about Rudoni that most people are forgetting, or perhaps never knew, is that the season before he joined us he scored 12 goals in a team relegated from League 1. Obviously, now he is a couple of years older, he should have improved considerably playing so many games at a higher level, if he plays for us in League 1, he ought to be the best player in there. If he wants to leave, fair enough, noone expects to get £10m for him but, if he's under our contract control, the message is if you want to buy him, you will have to pay big money.

This is great news if anywhere near the whole truth. If Rudoni moves on we should benefit not the buyer. I don't think anyone would stump up £10 million but if they got somewhere near it then I would be delighted as long as it finds its way into replacements that are not of the Diakhaby variety.

Rudoni made it quite clear he didn't want to be here at the end of last season. This only ends one way sadly with how football and agents are these days.
