Can Scotland emulate opening tournament shock results like the ones Cameroon & Senegal produced in the world cup, the Scots have shown no fear when playing the 'so called' fancied teams in the past so don't be surprised if they push the Germans all the way tonight.....Draw @5/1 could be worth a couple of quid. It’d be so so very Scotland to a point tonight irverino then majorly f#uck up v Switzerland or Hungary ! They could join the dreaded list of Ziair (1974), Peru n’ Iran (1978), New Zealand (1982), Uruguay (1986), Costa Rica (1990) that we didn’t beat or didn’t score enough to qualify for the knockouts...  Just for westislandterrier  Edit: just as a weird aside, when we had school sports day in HK our t-shirts had San Miguel emblazoned across the front. Imagine alcohol sponsorship on kids' stuff now I think his face is as white as mine was yesterday in Glasgow when I purchased the latest Scotland home top... £85.00 Fuc#kin quid ☹️ - Daylight bloody robbery on an industrial scale for sure - HTAFC are amazing value for money in comparison 😊 ! I also think ma face was as white as his on that bloody ferry journey home last night, The last hour and a half was utter hell with a Glasgow hangover and no liquid alcohol travel tabs as the bar was shut and I had the bloody car as well, so all I did was run back n’ forth for sick bag after sick bag after sick bag for ma old neighbor Shannon and her two wee boys and in the end myself as bloody well ! 🤮 Sometimes you question the actual wisdom of living on an island when journeys are like that one from hell last night... 🤭 So this new Scotland top had better be worth it tonight for sure - or else !!! 😬 Sitting in house just now admiring the beautiful views and flat calm sea tonight, Can of Tennents Lager in one hand and BIG whisky in the other as a livener to ma wander up to The Lochindall Hotel Bar to enjoy the opening game...
