Quiet window all round. FFP or whatever it’s called having an effect? Whatever the reason you can guarantee the whole transfer window will change pretty quickly if the highlight of deadline day continue to be of the ilk of Palace buying a defensive midfielder.

No, but I’m wondering if his recovery will progress quicker than it would have done if Darren was still here, going on his response to Darren leaving the club. |

all in all a decent enough window. Yes, we all wanted Mooy 2.0 but other than that addressed key areas and, vitally, held on to key assets (Helik, Thomas etc).
Think we have enough to keep us up if the right right man (or woman) gets the job

Unfortunately - despite a few bright performances after his introduction - he tailed off and maybe the usual pressure and lack of patience from Town fans has taken a toll on his confidence. Or maybe he's just not good enough? This loan club is on a par with low league 2/ conference level. |
