Good test coming up now on Saturday, what do we think about the chances of continuing this good, mini run of ours?
Press conference with Danny Ward and Darren Moore:
Team news from presser: Harratt out for the rest of the year, unfortunately.

Having really enjoyed the trip to Sunderland I did consider going. However, decided I’m going to watch on the ‘dodgy stick’ and save myself 10 hours in the car. Same team for me as Tuesday and hopefully the same effort and game plan. Will happily take a draw to continue unbeaten run.

I know Delano scored a quality goal with his final touch but every touch prior to that wasn’t great. I’d have Ward in if he’s fit enough.

As an aside, I think it's really unfair that Town have had to travel to Wearside and back for a game on a Wednesday night and then off to South Wales for a game on Saturday afternoon. Swans, on the other hand, will be well rested after their exertions at L666s. I'm sure that the fixtures computer could have been a little more forgiving, or we could have played Tuesday rather than Wednesday. Harrumph!!

Swansea not won at home since October 4th so will have relished the thought of playing Town before our unexpected victory on Wednesday, no doubt Town will take the double decker bus to South Wales & park it in front of goal with a view of getting a 'smash & grab' winner.....Referee is Steve Martin & also EFL international live game for anyone living abroad or on jollys.

Notably more relaxed in the press conference(yes I’ve forced myself to watch that last few since the international break) he makes some decent points at times although you do have to read between the lines somewhat as rarely will be say it outright. Would take a similar performance to the last 3 halves of football. That said(and I see Steven chicken has noted the same in his latest 5 conclusions) I think Kasumu is fairly integral to making us look like we can actually spring out of the 5-4-1 into a 3-4-3.He just similar covers so much ground and can carry the ball out so well.I guess it’s similar to how Lewis o brien helped us do the same under Carlos. Not that I’m suggesting Kasumu is quite on that level. 150 minutes in the space of 4 days does Saturday come too soon for him?We have iorpenda but no one knows how he will fair,we have Edmonds green but he won’t bring what Kasumu does.Tough decision.Personally I’d have been wrapping him in cotton wool since Wednesday and look to give him the first 45 minutes Saturday. Also it’s a toss up with ward and burgzorg.Ward much better at linking play as long as not receiving aimless balls but burgzorg more of a wildcard and has genuine pace.Personally for me same team but start ward then look to bring him and Kasumu off at the 50/55 minute mark.

Has his faults for sure but his pace means we have a bit of a out ball with Burgzorg that can get us up the pitch, I don’t think he is a bad player/ can’t contribute but I’d struggle to say what Wards strengths are as centre forward.

He's very talented but inconsistent. However, whenever he's on the pitch I feel more confident that we'll score. I don't feel as confident when Ward's on the pitch.

Another team that likes to dick around with it at the back.
High press again please, Darren 👍

Like many on here, I have been buoyed up by recent results, if not overwhelmed by performances, but our team can only try their best. The HARDtalk is that we will do well to prise anything from The Swans.

I'd take a point tomorrow, that would be a good result. I doff my cap to any Town fan schlepping all the way down there.

A draw would be more than acceptable, although we've tightened up at the back recently just dont try defend all game and who knows.

I've gone for a 2-1 win in the prediction league, but 100% I'd take a draw down there.

In the modern days of commuting , a train or coach to Swansea isn’t too terrible … Swansea itself on the other hand !!

To be honest I'm almost certain they'll have flown down yesterday, had the luxury of an overnight stay and decent prep.

I thought on Wednesday he managed to look quite dangerous but shit all at the same time. That finish was superb technique, a bit like his last goal, struck very early with pace and real precision. I think we'll just have to put up with him doing daft stuff half of the time and losing the ball on a regular basis. Got to remember that Del isn't a striker, and it shows. Not quite sure whether I prefer Burgzorg looking a bit iffy or Danny Ward tearing round the pitch but not doing much. Horses for courses I guess and nice to have them both available again.

Well Del has got three goals and Danny none so far this season. Danny is ‘solid’ as a player and sticks to the script but Del is much more a wildcard. Right now I think Del is probably more useful.

Swansea are only a point ahead of us so a big game this one.
Not sure if they still play that (very dull to watch) tippy tap possession game like last season, but if they do then we need to be aggressive and ruffle them up with a high press, in the hope their keeper or a defender drops a clanger.
Depending on his fitness I’d play Ward over Burgzorg, and bring Del & Diarra on as wildcard subs once we tire from constantly chasing the ball. Need to make the most of any chances we get as we don’t create many, got a feeling Sorba (who was excellent on Weds) and set pieces will be key

No chance against Swansea Madrid. Was it buzz or schofield that treated them that way against us at home? 1-1 draw I think and Danny nearly nicked it at the death.
