This isn't me trying to be "billy big bollox". Ive watched town for over 50 years and I love my club. I know my emotions have run high, been too irrational at times, been unfair at times. I HAVE.
I have also a DM chain with Kevin Nagle that has been going on since I set-up the thread 'Warnock will gone by xmas".
If Moore isn't gone by tomorrow I will share them and leave it upto you decide.
My Own Opinion ? Kev is a billionaire and doesn't really give a fuck about town. He is investing and gets massive tax breaks in US (as I understand it)..
Ive given him a write to reply. If not I will also share the messages here and with the EFL. We can talk about due diligence then.
Please dont abuse me for sharing, I do it as town fan. Something Nagle is not.

The whole club is a controversial DM thread away from exploding.... im a moderate bloke generally, but if there was a old school protest I'd join in.

I can’t share the DM’s.
I was pissed and angry last night. Last night was as bad as I have ever seen in 50 years watching town.

I didn’t receive any DM’s last night, but it’s safe to assume he knows what I thought about that performance.
The coaching was truly embarrassing. At 3-1 down we had 4 players marking one striker.
My DM’s last merely pointed out the lack Of coaching and questioned what Moore is actually doing.
None aggressive, just factual.

I am another who doesn't understand what DM is trying to do.. I 'think' all his decisions are led by performance stats rather than an inner ideal on how to play. Led by the science we'll remember from Bozo during and after Covid but might explain why DM seems so wooden, so robotic, so lacking in any kind of emotion during games... He's an analyst, not a traditional coach.
I think back to probably his best ever moment, when he decided to play a high tempo attacking game at Sunderland. We murdered them that 1st half, they were all over the place, no space to play, harrassed out of their comfort zone by our energy..It was a famous away win.
So what happened after ? We go to struggling Swansea and sit deep all game
We play at home to Bristol City and play deep all game
We play struggling Preston and play deep all game
Why , having seen what we did to Sunderland did he not replicate that at Swansea ..they were there for the taking, we'd have gone above them in the league table ?
Last night Preston arrived without a win in 4 games, without a goal in 3 games..so why sit back and concede 78% possession (and 2 goals) in that 1st half. It was a howler of a decision. Yet again, too negative, too cautious but infuriatingly the same tactics of negativity that didn't work at Swansea or Bristol City ?
You'd have thought after Sunderland that we had finally found out we can play and succeed with aggressive attacking and harrassing. For the next game Burgzorg was replaced ny Ward, and Koroma by Nakiyama, a defender. Then the next game Nakiyama is replaced by Burgzorg, Thomas by the ineffective Wiles and Jackson by Koroma in a formation and tactical mish mash.. Then last night Wiles is dropped of course, as is Headley for the unfortunate Austerfield. he's making changes every game in that midfield area and cannot find the solution...We were 'pallid' last night (according to the BBC), and lacking energy and impetus according the DM. But what does he expect ? We could all see from the start that straight from kick off we dropped deep, chased shadows, stood and watched, didn't tackle..then it's 0-1 but nothing changes...by now DM knows we have a problem, but does nothing..he's hesitant, he can't believe the stats that picked this team were wrong..he has to wait until half time so he can look at the analysis before knowing what to do.
he's obviously forgotten the Sunderland masterclass... and it just seems he hasn't a clue what he's doing next..is it him that's picking the team or the computer, does he decide the match tactics or is it the statistical analysis he receives because for all of us it just seems an utter mess with no clear plan.

Bet he’s been on the HP” CLICK….DELETE. “Let’s look at the fan website. Wow this is good cwoffeee” Logs in….”sheeeit, that infernal Townrwe is babbling again. Forget this…” Logs out. Carries on with day.

Think thats a good analysis. Ive sort of been patiently supportive of Moore, maybe convincing myself that hes just being pragmatic with a weak squad until we can strengthen in January. But I read what you've put there and cant disagree with it. I think hes making the situation worse than it needs to be ( the opposite of what warnock would be doing it has to be said ). This squad and the team he could send out there might be a challenge for any manager, but equally it isnt anywhere near as bad as his tactics and selections is making it look at the moment.

His comments after the game were telling - I think he said he was disappointed with how we started the game, energy levels etc But he didn’t say he was concerned we were too deep, weren’t pressing, had our two wingers sat on the edge of our box as full backs etc So it wasn’t a case we’d set out to attack or press from the start and couldn’t implement it - as you say the plan was presumably to sit in
