- strong attacking style - needs game time - just over the hill so not too far to move
Yep. Works for me.
Is there any fire behind these smoke rumours?……

Good player, but don't get the concensus it is too good to be true.
We have had bigger prospects over the years. ESR being one.

Yup, geography may play a part too, plus the club's recent track record with Chelsea, Arsenal and Man City players. My only doubt is wouldn't a top end champ club be interested but maybe he wouldn't be guaranteed as much game time. Re geography not sure if clubs like their players to stay local or move away to get out of their comfort zone, I guess it depends on the player.

He was a complete unknown when he came here. Gone on to be successful though. Same as Colwill and Chalobah.

I always feel uneasy when loaning players from PL sides when they have such little competitive experience.
You get some gems, but plenty of dross too. I suppose it's relatively low risk usually but if we don't get this window right we're in L1 next season.

My gut feeling is we already have enough to be comfortably safe this season.. It’s almost about building a squad for next season.. Man’s relationship with the top clubs for possible loans.. I reckon Kev is the real deal.. Excited.. 🤗🤗

Wasn't there a lad named after the full Liverpool team in the 60s?

I suppose it's relatively low risk usually but if we don't get this window right we're in L1 next season. Got a first look at him on Sunday, although I'd already read plenty about him. Would be a coup. And he's plenty good enough.
