All about the result today, we got that but let's be honest we were garbage, that's worse than anything we'd seen under Moore in all honesty, thought Wednesay were the better side but the bar was set low. A set piece and 3 clobberings on the break, that'll do nicely. That's Wednesdsy almost certainly relegated today.

Lose the two centre forwards that didnt seem to work to well, shift up, play where the ball is and force errors. Play where the ball is. Play forward, over and between the defence to runners and chasers. Take advantage of being in front, dont run away. We played ok and then improvèd and adapted during a game, remarkable.
Good finishing after a first half of being afraid to shoot.
Spencer was excellent, matos ratting was a big part of our success going forward and Hogg did what he is best at.
Lots to work on but finally we stepped up and won more ball than we usually do.
Once we compete all over the pitch we at least give ourselves the chance to make more chances.

Wednesday offered nothing, only 1 team had the chance to win today and we took it. It wasn't great first half, but at least we were looking forwards more and creating opportunities. We should have made more of 2 very good chances. 2nd half was all us but we struggled to break through. The best thing that happened was Radulovic going off as he'd offered absolutely nothing and let Koroma get in behind. We took free kicks quickly, played quickly and directly at Wednesday and were sharp in press and the tackle, exactly what we weren't doing under Moore. Youβre right about this but I donβt think it was Bojanβs fault. He clearly is a striker who wants it in to feet, and we gave him nothing. I think heβd have been better with Koroma up front with him.

I didn't see that coming. Although we were poor in the first half and only got going when the two centre forwards went off. All very simple in the end. Nick the ball in midfield and lob over the top to run on to.
Helped that they were garbage and tortoise like at the back. I can't wait to see the highlights of the fourth. Just to understand the chaos of their keeper.
I thought Matos played well. I was very surprised with Wiles showed some glimpses of the player we thought we'd bought. Plus he wasn't bent double blowing out of his arse. There is bugger all chance Spencer will be here next season. You have to remind yourself he's 19.

Moore deserved to go. No doubt about that. But to suggest our inability to play proper strikers for large parts of the season, and our high number of injuries is not a factor in our form this season is ridiculous IMO. Moore did not do a good job at all, but plenty of managers would have struggled without proper strikers and the amount of injuries we have suffered from this season. Hardly feeble excuses. A great win against an incredibly poor Sheff Wed does not change that. The underlying fact is he is a shite manager. Nagle himself has practically said it was excuses on twitter Moore was shite for us. Regarding the lack of strikers and and injuries: I think both you AND Nagle are wrong.

First 65 minutes was a shocking game that wouldnβt have looked out of place in League 1 played out by 2 poor, poor teams. Amazing what difference a goal can do and then another 3 really well worked goals. Weakest performance by a number 9 as I can remember. Bojan never attempted to jump for a header preferring instead to try get the free kick, looks a powderpuff of a player based on that performance and will need to spend the summer in the gym and bulk up. Additionally, get him a season card at Marstonβs. Wednesday look down and out looking at that.

Great result, which was all important, & I think a few on here should be feeling a bit sheepish about their criticism of the Keighley Cannavaro, we know he's not the fastest, or the best on the ball but he never lacks in guts & determination & has been a very good player for us. You know what you're going to get from him.
I thought that was Matos & Wiles' best games for us & we should be sending every youngster we have to Motherwell, as Spencer looks a totally different player. They all played their part though & the big difference to Worthy & DM was that once we broke the deadlock in what was, quite frankly, a terrible game, we didn't sit back & let the opposition off the hook, though, admittedly, such a quick 2nd was hugely beneficial.
Great win Town, thank you

The stats suggest it's a game between two very poor sides, but Sheff Wed are on top in every single stat except the scoreline. A fair assessment? Not really no....

Sometimes logic disappears out of the window in football. Spent the 1st half thinking that we have no options on the bench ( again) but at least we had our two new forwards on the pitch. Bojan looks to struggle in a target man role - I thought this was why we bought him? Anyway, yet more injuries to add to the ever increasing list as we lose both new forwards and we go on to win 4-0! With QPR winning I wonder if thereβs any chance of players staying fit and not becoming ill before the game - still much work to do. Iβve never know a situation as bad as this before. Hoggy played a Captains role today I thought.

Simple answer, I really hope not for the sake of our club, and if he his, I think we will lose. F*** it I have just had a dream that he will play a 4-4-2 and go out in some blazing attacks in the first half and go 2 - 0 up, the team really knows their roles, and are synchronised like a working clock, we carry on doing the same in the 2nd half and come out 4 - 0 Victor's. Then I woke up to spoil it. The dream was nearly right, the 4 - 0 wow, might have to dream some more.

Christ on a bike, we were not garbage. Defended well and got the measure of them when we started to beat the offside trap. I thoroughly enjoyed that game and every player on that field should hold their heads high. Instead of holding off we tackled them. Won the ball and got the crowd going. Spot on.

Agreed with this, I thought Radulovic looked promising his first couple of games but he was very weak today. 6ft 3 & I donβt recall him winning a single header. Needs to get stronger & adapt to the championship quickly. Guess it was always going to take time and hopefully a goal will see his confidence shoot up. Balker had a great game at the back, dominant and excellent on the ball. Wiles & Spencer also very good but MOTM for me was Matos, he was everywhere. Very raw and erratic but he must be an absolute nightmare to play against I donβt think most of us even saw 1 goal coming after 60 mins never mind 4! Huge win, buzzing with that result - UTT π΅βͺοΈπ΅βͺοΈ

Did you look at the time I posted the question? It was during the first half. I wasn't at the match, so was asking a perfectly legitimate question based on the info I had at the time.

We were both equally pish. That first 60 minutes was as bad as we've been all season. Thankfully we made the breakthrough though and then they went to pieces. Onwards and upwards.
