If we win, how long will he have left?….if he is not gone before the Owls game I think he might be here rest of season….!!

The away game was the most infuriating game I've been to for a while, they were dross and offered absolutely nothing and we still went for a point. I knew then that DM was a dreadful error - one of only 2 away games I’ve been to and the other was Leeds. It is astonishing just how bad a decision they made - even before a ball was kicked, I would suggest that most experienced Town fans knew it was an error, and that has nothing to do with the guy he replaced (who should never have been given a further 12 months - another quite terrible decision). It is already too late - the very latest date he should’ve gone was after the Plymouth game.

When’s Headley due back? Or have we killed him off for a few months too? Not going to make a huge difference. Just hadn’t expected him out so long… It’s one of the mysteries of Huddersfield Town, a player gets an injury and vanishes for months without any updates!

I liked how in one of DM’s last press conferences how he just listed the injured players and said ‘no’ to all of them getting game time soon. Can’t he at least give us a time frame for all of them without a journalist needling him over it? Does he actually know how long his players are out for?

Round pegs in round holes is a very novel idea. It won’t catch on

Worthy in charge on Saturday i hear. I remember him putting the Massive to the sword with a 20 yard beauty and Alex Bruce getting sent off the same game. Those were the days.

Well, making the trip down from Lossiemouth for this one for 3 nights in Huddersfield. 😉😉 What with ASLEF making the trip down difficult, I got lucky and picked the only none LNER strike day on Thursday to travel, so fingers crossed for a win or at least a scoring draw.

Difficult to predict. We should have 2 strikers making their home debuts so hopefully that will give us the edge. We know with Sorba we have someone who can deliver a perfect cross who just needs to build up a working relationship with his new colleagues. Going for a nervy 1 0 win.

Gotta admit I'm very wary of this one. Danny Rohl seems a very good manager and yet we go up against his well drilled team with hardly any first team management experience. Honestly thought the new man would be in place straight away given Moore has been under scrutiny for weeks. With a run of tough games coming up, a defeat in this one will be huge blow for our survival chances.

A quick look on their forum tells me they're very confident. They always are. One of the weirdest fan bases in the football pyramid. They are shit and we should be beating them at home. Whether we do or nots a different matter.

Just remember when they invaded this board in the play offs with their massiveness, cauldron like atmosphere, Penis Town and his Wednesday mates, massive this, massive that, sell out Wembley in 10 seconds, Wednesday this blah blah Owls that, more fans than you blah, we put our phone lights on, Hi ho through the PA will have you quaking etc. etc....Not one has been on since Forestieri fucked up his spot kick.

Whether we do or nots a different matter. Contradicting yourself really. We were very confidence for Plymouth and QPR. They have a right to be confident. We have been shit. They have improved under their new manager and actually look quite good at times. Only difference is, Moore has gone. If he was still here, I would have predicted a Sheff Wed win.

Quick look at the table & I didn't realise Watford can put themselves right in the play off mix with a win at Hillsboro tomorrow, coupled with Wendies knowing back to back victories puts them on Towns heels & level on points it makes for an interesting night......Along with Elton I will be a Hornets fan (1 night only).

A quick look on their forum tells me they're very confident. Iv a mate who’s a Wednesday fan who last week said he thinks they’re screwed. Said initial pickup under rohl but started making some odd decisions and no new faces as yet. It’s a game we can win and should be targeting. Will worthy go for it slightly more knowing it’s no detriment to his job?possibly.as a player he was definitely the up and at em type however knowing the lad(to some degree personally) I wouldn’t be sure he’s that personality as a coach. Then again a lot of the time he was keeping a low profile. I hope we do get at them without obviously been wreckless. Two experienced guys helping him too. I’d be tempted to go 4-2-3-1 Nicholls Spencer Helik Lees Jackson Hogg/Kasumu Matos Sorba Healey Rudoni Radulovic

If we win on Saturday we'll be 9 points in front of Wednesday with a superior goal difference and should QPR lose at Blackburn we'd move 6 points in front of them, it's all jn our own hands. If we go down, it'll have been all of our own making.

Let's hope Helik's fit to play. I suspect he's doubtful. It wil be a difficult one if we're missing both our top scorer and top defender.

Completely changed my mind about this match. Before the news on Moore I was convinced it would be a draw. Now I am going for home win. Why? Moore far too cautious and tactically inept. Worthington, at least, knows the players and club. He will be more expansive and ambitious just like we were against QPR at home in the first 20 mins before Moore’s caution kicked in. That was a game we very nearly threw away too and if we had it would have been highly significant now.
So Town to win 2-0.
