Glad this one is coming up soon.
Home game. Winnable game.
I’m going for a 2-1 win Town.

Glad this one is coming up soon. Home game. Winnable game. I’m going for a 2-1 win Town. We got 2-1 away under Bore Draw so we should be looking for ar least a 6-0 with how performances with and without him compare and with there being home advantage.

Helik, Balker, Ward & Burgzorg will hopefully be added to the squad with Spencer a possible doubt from yesterday. The next 3 homes fixtures already sees the South stand sold out for both home & away ramping up the atmosphere......Win the next 3 at home & Kev should promise the lads a week off in March. UTT.

Need to watch Jack Clarke. He’s having a great season. Hoggy to quiet him down in first 10 minutes!

I'm confident we can win both these upcoming home games. The performance against Wednesday was pretty ropey but better yesterday in defeat and we seem to have learned hoew to score, 7 in 2. Win these 2 home games and it would go a long long way to keeping us up.

Headley would have fitted right into that formation yesterday. Shame he is injured.
We need to keep the goalscoring momentum going. If della is fit that would be a massive bonus.
Koroma led the line excellently though yesterday I thought.
One thing for sure is we need to stop picking up all these injuries I can’t remember a season like it.
2-2 is my prediction.

Credit to Worthy. Had Darren Moore still been here the votes would be well in favour of Sunderland.

After the disappointment of yesterdays result I reckon the players will be looking at the performance and will be feeling pretty good
I’ll go for a Town win (just) and I suspect it’ll be a humdinger

Think this should be a good one and I’ll be happy with three points whatever way we get them should we get them...
Hopefully (surely) The Wendy’s don’t get anything at Leicester and we can get that gap back to eight points -
And a good few of the other results going our way wouldn’t go amiss either !

I reckon Worthy will tighten up the defence and will be happy with a point, to protect our position.

Koroma led line well but don’t think him being central when Sorba is firing crosses in, plays to his strengths. If everyone’s fit then 4321
Nichols Spencer. Helik. Balker. Yuta. Hogg. Matos. Sorba. Rudoni. Koroma Bojan
Jackson. Kasumu. Wiles. Burgzorg. Lees. Pearson. Maxwell. Plus 2 on bench including Healey if fit and suddenly we have a good looking squad.

Finally got a striker but they don’t deserve a start. Tough choice.

Come on Town, first double of the season on offer?
Nice to have a midweek game and see if we can build on the momentum of the last 2 games.
Plus it’s less time for us to get another training ground injury.

A few people underestimating Sunderland. They may blow hot and cold, but they are 7th, did finish in the play-offs last season, and will pose a threat. We'll have to be on it to get a positive result.
That being said, press them from the word go (and I'd rotate a couple with that in mind, after Saturday's efforts), move the ball quickly when it turns over, and see where we get. If we have Helik and Balker back (plus hopefully Burgzorg) we'll be in a good position.

As the fascination, anxiety and debate continues about the recruitment of our new head coach/ manager Wednesday is a game we need to win.
The players and JW need to continue to believe, be on the front foot and give it 100%. We can ask no more. Do that and hopefully it will be enough to get over the line.
Big two games, we need to focus on these and get behind the team.

Team selection will be very interesting. 3 games in a week and an incredible shift by the starting 11 at Southampton. Can't see it being unchanged, even without any injuries.

Bit worried about dealing with Clarke if Spencer is out and we could really do with Helik and Burgzorg back to lift the team.
