Yeah sorry but that’s proper coward stuff from André, don’t give it the big one saying how bad things are making excuses if you haven’t the backbone to stay and fix the problem.
It’s a setback we didn’t need already either way as now we’re onto our second choice already.

Disappointing. Another managerial change and potentially another chance for the bad eggs to worm their way back in. Hope we have someone lined up to take over.

I feel like a young lad who's just asked a lass to the cinema. "Would you like to watch Rocky 1V at the ABC in Town ?"

This is not reactive but something I've had in my head for the past few days.
This should not have happened - he might have been the number one choice in KN's mind, but as soon as he said he had to 'think about it' - he should have been gone.
We can't afford even 99% commitment at this point.
I can live with the CEO staying as he's not on the football side.
But the Director of Football - confidence is low. Very low.
This is not the start of the 'new era' that is needed.

Oh well. At least we can draw a line under it and I can give my refresh fingers a rest for a day or two. Hoped he'd stay but thought it was a long shot to be fair. At least no compo hopefully if by mutual consent. Auf wiedersehen, pet !!

Let's hope those in charge take heed of AB's assessment of the club and changes take place with the right man at the helm

Pathetic. He comes in, oversees relegation by 6 points having been 2 clear, publically and repeatedly slams players, questions their mentality and makes it harder to sell those players. He gets rid of any shred of unity, even if it was low before
Then he fucks off at the first opportunity.
It seems those comments were all about preserving his reputation rather than trying to drive change.

Very disappointing, but it seems they’ve decided there’s no way to proceed.
I hope we are ambitious and can attract a good standard replacement.

Quite shocked as I believe he was given pretty much everything he asked for and given significant promises for the summer 🤷🏻♂️ ah well we move. Have to get this next appointment right.... not exactly got a great record on that front though 😅

So we're going to be lumbered with these players for yet another season? Fucking marvellous.
We are an absolute shambles.
Now looking for our seventh permanent manager in less than two years.
Before 2022, our shortest serving manager was John Haselden, who lasted 160 days in 1977. Since September 2022, that record has been broken four times. Danny Schofield lasted 69 days, Andre Breitenreiter has lasted 85 days, Darren Moore lasted 130 days and Mark Fotheringham lasted 133 days.

There’s literally zero job security

Christ, what a mess we've become.
Won't be fondly remembered unfortunately. You have to look on the positive side and think it could be a lucky escape - if he can't handle our current situation and hasn't got the conviction to see the project through then he's not the man for us.
Back to the drawing board.

Just going to hope that the club have taken note of all his suggestions surrounding disruptors in the dressing room… and will do their own weeding while we conduct the search for the new coach.

He leaves the club so much worse than he found it. Some of the reasons for that predate his time here. If he was his own manager I'm sure he'd be bollocking himself for leaving his contract early.
Rosenior is surely too good for League 1, but would be a great coup. Interesting to see if Nagle sticks or twists now. Another hard task master who'll try to weed out the bad habits? Or another manager who tries to be their mate?
