Ive seen a couple of Watford games this season, and tbh you've no idea what you're going to get Ill stick my neck out and say a managerial bounce for us, were going to sneak it. Looking forward to this one Totally agree. They blow hot and cold so much, no one has any idea which Watford are going to turn up on the day. Would love a win to start this chapter off nicely but head says 1-1. |

Don’t have a clue what AB will have up his sleeve for Watford but I’m sure it will be something none of us expect formation wise
He has clearly already done his homework on them
I’d go 433 sat if everyone is fit

Have we sold out? Getting wendies away (wagner first game) vibes again. Hopefully this time it’s 3-1 us. Got mine early afternoon today and there was no inkling from the lady behind the counter that I was a lucky chap to get tickets. |

Similar line up/formation to Saints away, with defence partner options behind Hogg & Matos, this time holding onto the lead......4 wins & 4 losses so far this century at Watford.

Sounded like Hogg and burgzorg were doubtful in the presser yesterday.hoping it’s nothing serious with burgzorg,that’s twice he’s been injured in tackles/challenges if so.
Not sure what formation he goes with,it sounds like short term it will be what he thinks is best for this squad.
If it’s 3–1-4-2 I’d play Nicholls,Spencer,Helik,balker,matos,thomas,kasumu,rudoni,Yuta,koroma,Radulovic
4-2-3-1 I’d play
Nicholls,Spencer,Helik,balker,yuta,matos,kasumu,thomas,wiles,rudoni,koroma
Watford seem to play either 4-3-3 or 4-1-4-1 which are virtually the same just one slightly more defensive in setup.I’d guess they’ll go 4-3-3 when could do with a home win.Maybe tempted for us to go 4-2-3-1 with that in mind.

Looking forward to this one Not sure our fans do either but there has been a bit of grumbling about the style of play being negative and very much possession based . Probably because our form has tailed off since the new year . We do seem to chop and change a lot and definitely seem to take risks at the back with the ball which frustrates fans . I think we are just another very average hard working team with the odd player who can produce some magic like Asprilla or Koné and maybe Dennis if he plays . I mean our best players have been 2 guys in their 30s - Livermore and Hamer. We have a striker up front who has 10 goals but is actually pretty rubbish generally. |

Ben Hamer in goal for Watford - tactics sorted! He's been excellent for them this season. He was pretty good for us in the Championship too. He was on a hiding to nothing in the prem and our glory hunting 'supporters' and keyboard warriors certainly killed any shred of remaining confidence. |

Tough one this, they have not won at home since November, and Town do seem to lean towards helping teams out to break these kind of runs. But then don't think we have had an away win since around that time, so who knows. Will we be fortunate to get the old new manager effect? At least some excitement exists.

I really don’t think Pearson should be playing right back. Isn’t good enough on the ball to get forward and he gets targeted every game by the opposition with the ball over the top. I would go with Spencer at right back and Nakayama at left back until Headley is back. Strange because I was thinking he played right back Vs one of the best left wingers in the league the other week and didn't give him a sniff?? |

He did a job granted, but the opposition have sussed out that’s the weak area in our back line. As soon as we have another fit full back available Pearson won’t be playing there…. |
