Going off the presser and the team he put out tactically last week, I think this is how we will line up tomorrow: ………………..Nicholls ……….Pearson Helik Balker Spencer Kasumu Hogg Headley …….Rudoni Burgzorg Thomas Not the line up I would go for but for some reason this is what I expect. Absolutely spot on, fucking come on town! except Rudoni will play behind the front two ? |

While it looks a decent side on paper you do have to wonder where the goals are coming from. Thomas and Rudoni are more suppliers than finishers and who knows which Burgzorg is going to turn up. I guess we're relying on Helik to pop up with a goal again

A Thomas delivery is probably our biggest attacking asset so can see why you would want to get three big centre backs on, Morrison only Rotherham player bigger than them i think.

With no disrespect to Rotherham, if we cant win today, what other game can we win. We are playing a team that even if they won all their remaining games will probably go down. On the face of it from recent games, they look to have given up and dont even appear to be playing for pride. With that in mind we cant just turn up and expect them to roll over, as knowing our luck they will put their bodies on the line today. Our pride went out of the window in the 2nd half last week, and the game before against Cardiff we were pathetic. Time for the players to step up today and put on a performance for 90 minutes that befits a team in the relegation zone fighting to get out.
Looking at the team, I am not sure why we need 3 centre backs, 2 wing backs and then Hogg and Kasumu. That is 7 defensive players. We need goals and we need to start taking more chances. I hope I am wrong about that but it feels like a team that Moore would put out before trying to hold on for 90 minutes.

Thought I read earlier in the week that Andre is not keen on selecting players who have not trained fully in the week? I think he said that it can be the cause of injuries that he wants to avoid. Bugger, just seen the update 🤦🏻♂️ |
