The club have floated around the championship relegation zone more often than not, eventually time runs out and there are no more get outs. The whole club is on a downer and maybe a complete re-boot is what's needed,it's not what we want as fans but it's a reality that we just can't go forward like this for much longer. It doesn't matter wether the chairman has 10 quid or 20 billion quid if its wrong on the training ground and the field on match day no amount of money will fix it,there has been so many fuck ups and mis-management not just financially but on the playing side that it's just not realistic to carry on hoping we can stay in the Division for much longer. Shame on the money men for making some shocking decisions over the last few years that has landed the club in this position, hang your fucking heads in shame. Think you’re right, there’s a distinct feeling this time that the players have given up and don’t believe they have enough to get out of it as well, league 1 beckons unfortunately.

Stoke will know a win will effectively keep them safe after that result yesterday . Town know nothing but a win will suffice .
We need to be solid but expansive, a balance we rarely get right. Team for me is:
Nichols
Pearson Helik Spencer Kasumu Rudoni Hogg Matos Thomas Burgzorg Healey
Some of those don’t deserve it after yesterday but our back ups aren’t good enough . Jones , Wiles etc used as impact subs
Ambitious 2-0 Town

Sounds as if they will almost sell out too. £10 a ticket for home fans. They will be up for it, I can't see us having the bottle to get anything. I think we're just 3 wins from safety too, Birmingham's remaining games are hard.

That was awful today. However, Coventry are miles better than us, miles. All I ask is for some fire, Grit and some professionalism. ie stay onside! Team Maxwell (Nichols has lost his spark). Spencer Pearson (Baulker will be out im sure) Helik(poor today) Headley Matos Hogg Thomas Rudhoni Jones Healey Bench Nichols Koroma Kasumu Bojan Della Unfortunately I'd put Spencer on the left and have Kasumu on the right. Headley was embarrassing today. He was hopeless,he slipped, stood on the ball, and even sat on it today

First opportunity in a run of 6 games to turn things around. As bad as things have been the last few they were against playoff contenders largely. Let’s start a fresh here and get at them, hopefully they aren’t as up for it as they could have been as they’ve pulled a little clear of danger. It’s now or never for the players, stand up to be counted.

Apart from one Yeah Birmingham will be targeting ourselves and Rotherham for wins and hoping Norwich are safe in the play offs for the last game so Wagner will rest players, they also have Cardiff at home.

Pat Jones: the brightest young attacking prospect we have had for quite a while and I can't see how we can get him in the starting eleven. Sorba back for Koroma and Healey to start.

Play 4-3-3 with Jones and Sorba up front with Radulovic as the only fit centre forward we have. Bring Healey on at 45/50/60 minutes to replace Radulovic.

You get him in the team by building it around him, not the other way round. It's time to change things as it's not working and the games are running out fast. Healy, Radulovic and Jones are 3 players that need to make an impact in these last 7 games if we're to have any chance. Start with Jones with a view to bringing him off sometime if he can't do the full 90. Sod this 'impact sub' stuff, let's use his obvious talents to get ahead in games. Also, start one of Healy or Radulovic. Rotate if need be. Substitute one for the other if lack of fitness becomes an issue. There's no point in starting yesterday's team plus Thomas, as it will only end one way, as the season to date has proved.

Jones, beat good Championship players yesterday with his pace and didn't even have to put the afterburners on.

Fat Lad surely can't play...
....unless Stoke were very astute and included it as a condition of the loan arrangement.

I’d go with Maxwell Helik Lees Spencer Headley Matos Kasumu Iorpenda Sorba Bojan Burgzorg
Something a bit different. Iorpenda for me just for some height in midfield and because why not.

It seems everyone’s decided it’s 1990 and 442 is the way to go.
So, if fit
Maxwell Spencer. Helik. Balker. Headley Thomas. Matos. Hogg. Rudoni. Bojan. Healey.
But personally I’d go
Maxwell Lees. Helik. Balker Spencer. Matos. Hogg. Headley Thomas. Bojan. Rudoni

The only way Rudoni won’t be playing is if he’s injured, one of the first names on the team sheet, and rightly so in my opinion . err whilst I agree Breitenreiter will start Rudoni, unfortunately I don't share your opinion of him. For me he is just another Van La Parra - all fancy footwork & no end product. Plus we need to try something different like actually playing two actual strikers up front and this would be one way of accommodating them. My fear is that we will set up not to lose again in a 352 with Spencer as a centre back Whilst I agree his end product certainly in terms of goals has been lacking I think it would be an even further detriment to the team should rudoni not play.He works his socks off, never stop trying and is seemingly the only midfield player who wants the ball and tries moving to get into space. When we have the ball the rest are often like statues. The two actual strikers thing is difficult as apparently we can’t get two fit enough to start a game to play even an hour at the same time.Ward was surely on the way to that but injured again Friday,Healey has potential to put away the chances we have missed recently but again he’s only just back, maybe he starts the Millwall game.Radulovic has flattered to deceive but it’s probably time to take the plunge and go with him from the start.Burgzorg should play from wide,he’s irritating to say the least but he has scored some goals.4-2-3-1 maybe the way to go although left back is now a quandary after all season before Spencer that had been the right back spot. Both headley and Jackson are decent ish wing back options but not sure at full back.I’d also worry about a pairing of Helik and balker at the minute,a few weeks back I’d say that had a bit of everything but Helik for me is out of form and balker has yet to convince defensively. Pearson is certainly not a right back and I don’t like him there tbh but he has probably had his best performances there weirdly(against Leeds and Sunderland) The only midfielder we have who can pick a pass in wiles hasn’t looked fit all season or ever hit a run of form. All these things even I can see so there will be other bits andre sees on top but despite all the above I’d go 4-2-3-1 Nicholls Pearson Helik Balker Spencer Matos Rudoni Sorba Wiles Jones Radulovic It’s a risky looking lineup to be honest but something needs shaking up.If Healey could do even 50 minutes I’d start him but doesn’t sound like he can.

For all those putting Spencer in their team surely he'll still be a little tired after playing 2 Internationals last week? I mean he's no spring chicken at 19 now and it's not as if we're deep in a relegation battle is it?
Mind you I notice you've all got Headley in your team as well. Let's hope they've had him in for extra training over the last couple of days to teach him that the round thing that joins him on the pitch isn't there to just get in the way and fall over or pass to the opposition on a regular basis.
I seem to have woken up in a sarcastic mood this morning for some reason. Maybe it's the hour less sleep last night.

Lees is out for the rest of the season it sounds like. So is Nakayama and presumably Balker. Our only option for the last 7 games is a back 2 of Pearson and Helik unless he puts Spencer in as part of a back 3 and uses Kasumu at wing back
