However, Coventry are miles better than us, miles.
All I ask is for some fire, Grit and some professionalism. ie stay onside!

Stoke win and they’re near enough safe. Massive incentive for them and I don’t think we’ll have the quality to break them down. 2-0 Stoke.

I'm expecting a bit of a battering. Great win for Stoke today, 3+ to nil.

It's game we simply cannot afford not to win. No playing for draws or not to lose. We have to win. Based on available squad and today's injuries my starting line up would be Nicholls Kasumu Helik Pearson Spencer Thomas Matos Hogg Koroma Healy Radulovic
Bench is difficult with only 2 fit centre backs & Edwards unavailable against his parent club So Maxwell Headley Jackson Wiles Rudoni Burgzorg Ward (if fit)

For me he is just another Van La Parra - all fancy footwork & no end product. Plus we need to try something different like actually playing two actual strikers up front and this would be one way of accommodating them. My fear is that we will set up not to lose again in a 352 with Spencer as a centre back

There's very little margin for error now, we MUST win.

Hogg holding and Matos box to box (or if we are as bad as we were today box to box and back again)

Matos is great at the dirty stuff, but I have reservations about him on the ball. I would pick Matos, but I'd like to see more creativity alongside him.

Our only hope is for other results not to go too harshly against us.

The club have floated around the championship relegation zone more often than not, eventually time runs out and there are no more get outs. The whole club is on a downer and maybe a complete re-boot is what's needed,it's not what we want as fans but it's a reality that we just can't go forward like this for much longer. It doesn't matter wether the chairman has 10 quid or 20 billion quid if its wrong on the training ground and the field on match day no amount of money will fix it,there has been so many fuck ups and mis-management not just financially but on the playing side that it's just not realistic to carry on hoping we can stay in the Division for much longer. Shame on the money men for making some shocking decisions over the last few years that has landed the club in this position, hang your fucking heads in shame.
