If we go down (a small if IMO, we are shit-show waiting to happen). What will our German friend do? Your thoughts?

I certainly wouldn't be surprised if he left. Would it be a major loss? I don't know, he's certainly not done much to impress really, we've progressively got worse under him culminating in, well more than likely, relegation, granted you probably can't lay that at his door squarely but he's certainly been unable to reverse the slump. Said it before and I'll say it again, all these managers, they can't all be shit.

I hope he stays but I’ve a feeling he’ll resign once our fate is confirmed. I’m really not interested in us having to look for another manager in the summer. We’ve got so much shit to sort out that we really don’t need anything else adding to the list.

He’s under contract so I very much doubt he’d resign. He may have an agreement to review or a break clause. My gut feeling is he won’t have a boatload of enthusiasm for reshaping this squad to have a tilt at the British 3rd tier but what really do any of us know? Nothing really.
If they mutallly agree to part ways then if I were Nagle I’d go for one of the current league one managers such as Michael Skubala at Lincoln..

But, he could see it as a big opportunity to rebuild a sunken ship. A big IF and hypothetical IF, we go down, he is allowed to rebuild effectively, we bounce back and we become a proper solid championship team, I think that further strengthens his reputation and CV. Wagner was linked to big jobs with the job he did at Town. So was Corberan. So, it is possible. I'd like him to stay put.

I think he will show true true Teutonic Honour and stay. Showing steely determination he will amass 120 points next season with 100 goals as Rhodes , Ward and Koroma have a field day. With his new two dynamic german centre halves Würst and Kartoffel we will Smash the league

I think he'll leave.
If relegation is confirmed on Saturday, I hope our board have already got the wheels in motion on the next appointment.
We do not need a summer of manager speculation, ending with a late appointment of a manager who hasn't had time to assess and get involved with recruitment. This will end in another car crash season.

I hope he stays, brings in a load of Germans with a winning mentality like Wagner did and turns the tank around.

I'm sure they will be an Avro Lancaster at Leeds Bradford Airport on Sunday morning ready to repatriate him should we roll over again on Saturday

Would like him to stay as he'd be the most decorated manager in L1 by some distance but do think he will walk unfortunately.

Hope so he’s crap, up there with Moore as the worst manager we’ve ever had! Can’t motive annyone and has crap negative tactics, strange team selections and shit use of subs. What’s good about him apart from a few promotions on his cv with other clubs?

I'm not overly bothered either way, there's a far more important appointment needed first imo.

If he leaves, surely there isn't a replacement already lined up.......next plot in the Huddersfield Managerial Graveyard. This summer requires substantial transfer business, in and out. Without a manager in place, with a vision for next season, who would direct that? He might jack it in...but my guess is that the club will want him to stay.

Maybe there's a relegation clause in his contract? He obviously is a good manager based on his track record. However is he right for a championship relegation fight? Evidently not. Is he right for a league 1 promotion push?
Not sure he is tbh. The only hope is that we become a high energy pressing machine that other teams can't cope with. A bit like Bielsas Leeds when they were in the champ.
That's going to require a monumental shift in mentality, fitness and playing staff in the next 3 months...

I don't think every single person on the board has got the message yet. This was teddy on the 3rd April The players are just all sooooo bad. Shite even. Feel for him coming here to join the circus. All stems from sacking Neil though. Got the best out of this lot. Be glad to see the back of them all in the summer. Who’s actually worth anything Rudoni/ Nichols? Best of a bad bunch. Then on the 6th April This guy worse than more. Get fucking rid. In those three days he’s obviously read a few anti Andre posts and just regurgitated the same ever since, it’s what he does.
