😂 couldn't resist... In fairness Blackburns youth recruitment has been brilliant. They've got/had some real talent come through in recent years.

To be fair it must bode well that the bloke is willing to step down a division to work under presumably an old boss. MC can't have left too much of a bad impression.

Tom Sutton was the man who scouted and gave the nod to go out and get Sammie Szmodics. Blackburn fans seem to rate him highly as he has scouted quite a bit of talent for them.

Blackburn’s chief scout Tom Sutton is leaving to take up a similar post at Huddersfield Town.
Sutton is the latest exit from Rovers in a busy summer shake up although he is set to move because he wants to.
Huddersfield have stepped in for Sutton and he will join their team under director of football Mark Cartwright.

Helik??? Lindsay looks to be a midfielder, or have I missed something. In any event not a bad player by any means.

This lindsay is defo a centre mid and a decet one to be fair. Saying that i thought Ben Wiles would be better than he has being.

Not sure how reliable a source but would seem rudoni probably on his way in not too distant future.

I had heard elsewhere that Rudoni to Cov was a possibility. 2 million (plus add-ons) is probably a decent fee for a player who hasn't kicked on with us. Every chance of being an excellent Championship player in the right team and environment, so hopefully we've got a nice sell-on included.

Good business for Rudoni. Hopefully we can put in a decent sell on. Be interesting to see what he is like in a side not fighting relegation.

Would’ve hoped for more than £2m, but that’s what happens in an underperforming team and after relegation.
Lots of potential but if he’d taken more of the numerous chances he had last season then we wouldn’t be in this position.
Cov have a great chance of promotion next season so hopefully there’s a promotion add-on as well.

Would caveat the account doesn’t seem the most reliable if you read the comments.but the transfer would make sense to me. Would imagine we’d want add ons plus a sell on. Wonder if they keep or off load Callum o hare.

Can’t just be me that thinks Rudoni hasn’t been that good at all?
Looks tidy on his day but has the power of a 6 year old in his shooting and you can count on one hand the amount of times he’s unlocked the opposition and won us the game?

Had his moments in matches but ultimately the assists/goals record is quite poor. That said - he may flourish in a better team. For an attacking player though his shooting is absolutely abysmal. A season in League 1 would be good for him imo.

Do we have to sell? still under contract? answer to dezzly,s post No we don’t to be fair.2026 with club option of year.So yes we could push for more.I guess on those bare facts we should be after more. I guess would have to factor in whether he would be in duffs plans(would imagine he would be) and whether rudoni himself wants to move on. But yes judging by length of contract and that we don’t need to sell probably base figure should be 3.5 ish.lots of factors I guess

I can't see Rudoni wanting to stay after being hooked so early into the Ipswich match. Must have been embarrassing for him that
