What positions do the club realistically need to prioritise most?
- Creative Midfielder/playmaker who can set up and score goals.
- Winger to Replace Sorba
- Wingback - Thinking Toffolo/Tommy Smith. Both of these were key in our more recent successful seasons.
- Mobile defender to replace Helik and play alongside Pearson/Lees. Spencer would be great in a three, but may well be off.
The rest depends on who leaves. If Healey leaves I'd say we need to spend big on a goalscorer.

Hourihane would be a good call - comfortable in possession and able to dictate the game even if he's not as mobile as he once was. Korey Smith would also be a name worth looking at, were he not 33. A few years ago I'd have said exactly the athletic box-to-box workhorse I like, but age probably robs him of that great asset of his. Not as technically good as Hourihane, which is why I'd not have him on my shopping list. |

There’s a reason Hourihane has been released, his legs have gone, hard work Duff says his teams need to put in, Derby have let him go because he’s no longer mobile enough to do it.
We won’t be looking at him

I did note that Ethan Erhohan would go for a 'club record' fee from Lincoln. Worth a bid of a million, surely, for such a player?
