Is the 3-year plan still on?
Year 1....relegated to League 1. Year 2....promoted to Championship. Year 3....promoted to Premiership.

Is he aware that he can help the club create “new History” if we were to win League One - it is the only division we have yet to be Champions of.
What impact does relegation have on his longer terms plans around potential ownership/control of the Stadium?
What lessons has he learned from his 12 months in charge?
What would he have done differently and, as such, how can he change the culture to the winning mentality that he says he expects?

Where / when does Kevin think it went wrong and what does he plan to do differently going forward.
Is Kevin now more determined to make a success of Huddersfield Town and what does he determine as 'Success'?

Has André given you a list of the players he doesn't feel were committed to the cause (as reported in his recent interview)? What will you do about them?
In more general terms, given not a huge amount of players are out of contract nor in particularly good form, how do we make sure the ones who have failed this season and most of last don't become the mainstay of the squad for next season?
How will you convince our better players such as Michel Helik to remain at the club following relegation?
Is there still a plan to get to the premier league in two seasons? And if so how will you achieve that?

Is there any update on the stadium? How is the academy going amd how long will it be until we reach a grade 1 academy? Is there a recruitment plan in place for league 1? And will we be seeing early transfer activity which has always served us best?

Please will he consider adding a seasoned league one specialist to the recruitment team who has knowledge of the division and what is required.
Buying/ loaning players just because they are from premier league academies or championship reserves is not a guarantee to success in L1. We need the right players for the level.

Will we offer Rhodes a new deal? Has shown on loan at Blackpool this season he can score plenty of goals in league 1

3 questions.
Will he do everything he can to keep Helik at the club? (I think it’s fair to assume he wasn’t a rotten apple)
Same applies to Rudoni? (although his ability splits opinion)
I also appreciate he may not be totally involved in the playing side to answer the above.
Does he have ambition equal to that of Wrexham and is he aware that although we started last 2 seasons 2 divisions apart they arguably have a stronger squad than us going into next season.

1. Coming into the club, who did you reach out to in terms of understanding Town and English/global football? The two chairmen before you both helped to put together teams that made Championship playoff finals. Have you/do you confide in them/sit down to learn from their experiences in your position? Do you have a council of people like those 2 mentioned and others with long-term connections that help guide your decisions from a variety of experiences/perspectives connected to Town? What other chairmen do you regularly bounce thoughts off of in English/European football (or at least in which leagues if you cannot provide specific names)? 2. Obviously, it is always the chairmen who is responsible for all goings-on at the end of the day. However, you must have criteria which you use to judge those in place. What specific criteria do you use to judge managers, sporting directors, etc.? 3. You are very open with media appearances. However, would it be better to have others in the club take some of that responsibility so that it isn't largely coming through one voice?

Kind of on the theme of the bad apples in the squad that others have mentioned:
Is he willing to take a hit financially to get rid of some of the bad apples, be it a payoff, a lower transfer fee, or paying a bit towards the wages at another club, for the benefit of getting them out of the club

My question is about due diligence before decisions were taken. Lots of Town fans know fans from clubs where managers, directors of football and players have worked before and warned that for example DM was not a manager who played attacking football. There are many examples where the spin by JE and MC did not match what fans knew to be the reality. Much of this information was freely available and yet it was ignored. Why was that? Why is there such a disconnect between CEO, DOF and the views of fans?

Not a question, just a tip. There isn’t a lot we won’t forgive, i know he’s a very successful man and one of the things money gets you is you never have to say sorry. However an apology for the way the season panned out would go along way to getting everyone on the same side. And on the flip side i hope he knows how grateful i am that someone with no links chose my club to try improve. Why do you need an apology? I don’t want nor expect one. It’s just childish. He has had the best intentions and hasn’t intentionally relegated the club. Naive at times yes, but no reason to apologise for me. Just learn from mistakes and improve.

Give over !! Better my arse Got to agree with this they have will Boyle at cb As much as we think we’re shit I don’t know why everyone has to go OTT and pretend all our players are league 2 standard. Whether they can play well together and shake their losing mentality is in question but half of them were signed from L1 after doing well there! We have holes in the squad that need sorting but not everyone is completely useless and not everyone at fucking Wrexham is mint. Don’t believe the hype.

Why, as evidence by a very small selection of replies from August, were the concerns not addressed. It was clear then what the issues were and nothing was done. So 1) Why were the concerns ignored 2) Who was advising that it would be ok? 3) If there's a reason, what prevented you addressing them? Attachments:

Not going to talk about on the pitch, as others will ask far better questions than me, but I'd just like to say that under Nagle's ownership the club have shown more interest in recognising the club's history in the last 12 months than previous regimes combined have done in years, so thanks for that. While it's not the most pressing of issues for most fans, I think the effort he/and the club have made and the progress that's been made on that score is commendable and very welcome. So thank him for that if you can, please. Agreed. It’s the thing that makes us different to the other 23 clubs we will be facing next season. Sorry what? What is making us different to the other 23 teams?

What was the real reason why NW left the club. The availability of DM can’t possibly be the reason This is the only question that needs answering.

What was the real reason why NW left the club. The availability of DM can’t possibly be the reason Surely this is the opening question. It's the reason why we're in League 1 next season. Instead of getting stable and taking time to find the long term leader.

In addition to speaking to a few outlets this summer, I will be conducting his end of season Diary this weekend. You may have seen his recent tweet quoting some questions already submitted, those will be asked. If you can, please refer to that tweet and if there are any glaring omissions, I will try to get those in as well in the spirit as always of open access and transparency. Leave them here and I’ll mark them. Also it goes without saying, but “why are you a Knucklehead” probably won’t make the cut, so let’s please be constructive. Tough questions welcome. Questions: 1). Obviously this season hasn't gone to plan, ultimately leading into relegation. Mistakes have been made, so we can't overly dwell on those. HOWEVER, what is the plan and actions to rectify those mistakes to not only make those mistakes a non repeatable, but to strengthen the foundations that the club and team can rebuild again? 2). With the future loss in revenue from relegation (Championship to League One), will Kevin be looking for additional sources of revenue? Additional Investors? Syndicate listings (such as investment management companies e.g. Apex Capital (Alpine F1, Venezia FC), Ackerley Partners (Leeds Utd, 49ers) through data room access? For anybody that would like to invest into the club? Will he ever see this an option? 3). What has Kevin and Co's SWOT analysis found for the club? What does he and his team plan to build for a better, higher performing football club? Financially? Structurally? Culturally? etc. 4). Has the club got an immediate action plan such as but not limited to: Transfer targets, staff retention (backroom, club staff), playing squad retainees/releases (no names necessary yet) for League One but if so, who's deciding on that? Andre and his team or Mark Cartwright & Jake Edwards? 5). Would Kevin and co be willing to have a supporters support group that can get their firm opinions on matters relating to the club/performances? (I don't mean the tea and coffee group), I mean a group that consists of some from the "Cowshed Loyal", those who have podcasts (He takes that chance), and additional supporters across the board? A group that aren't yes men and women, but those who may question or challenge some decisions (ultimately it's Kevin and teams decision which is final), but there was growing concerns at the start of the season and very strong opinions about how the season would go, which ultimately has happened. I Feel although could be a challenge, it could be beneficial. A lot of European teams have that with their "Ultras" for example. A group that could get together (in person or Zoom) every quarter to evaluate and review. 6). Based on recent comments from AB in post match interviews relating to player efforts, attendance, work ethic etc has that been consistent with previous managers that managed the group such as NW, JW and DM? Did they ever mention anything prior in relation to any difficulties with managing players (No names necessary). If not, what do we believe to be the cause? If so, what will the club do to fix and remove those distractions? 7). Has the club had a players forum relating to a "code red" forum such as why has the club under performed (or did what expected whichever way you look at it) struggled this year? Not that I am in the opinion of hearing what some of the bone idol (add in explicit descriptive word) think, but more so getting a feeling amongst the playing squad to identify what can be done moving forward to either remove issues within the squad, remedy issues, prevent similar scenarios in the future? For example did they have concerns about lack of investment/support in the playing squad in pre season? Did they have concerns about the preseason? Did they have issues with managerial appointments/methods? What was being asked of them? Lack of support (coaching wise? sports psychologists? Relationship with staff? etc). 8). What would Kevin say our club identity is? What is our club mission statement? 3 years to the prem was probably an over excited ill judged comment, but I can't blame the enthusiasm and belief. But, now first year is almost done, it's definitely a step backwards, so what's the identity now? Whats the mission? Whats the vision? What is going to be done, to get fans back on board and bought into a collective vision? 9). Now with the club in League One next season, and for the best part of the last 10-12 years (bar a couple of exceptions and outlier seasons) the club has been perennial strugglers. What is and what will the club be doing to make sure it can convince, and get a buy in to attract quality players that not only have good pedigree, but good character to get the club moving in the right direction again? 10). How big a RESET does Kevin think the club truly needs? Depending on the answer, what is the top 5 priorities/action items to do so?

Do you regret not giving Neil Warnock until at least Christmas before bringing in his long term replacement. He would’ve had at least 8/10 more points on the board, giving the new man more time & less pressure to implement his style. The last part no, it’s conjecture. I don’t know how you have the nerve to say this given Neil Warnock’s record throughout his managerial career. He wouldn’t have put up with players leaving training early, as Breitenreiter has alluded to, and he definitely would not have put up with the gutless displays we’ve had to endure in the last few weeks.

I don’t really have any questions. However I wanted share my view on the current state of the club/ team and how as a fan I’m struggling with Kevin’s next address to the fans.
I am just really disappointed how this season has been and to be honest how Kevin has handled things. To go from excitement in the summer last year, all the big talk from Netflix, stadium, infrastructure upgrades, youth policy and the plan to stay in the division. I didn’t expect the level of sackings in the club, the level of managers we’ve gone through and the lack of quality signings after letting so many go last summer. It all feels self inflicted the instability at the club and as a byproduct the players have gone toxic in some areas due to 12 months of sh1t (pardon my language).
I struggle to listen anything aspirational on Kevin’s plans as I’m worried it’s just talk.
I can’t see any tangible improvements at the club or a foundation being built for the future in 12 months.
As a fan I would like to believe in Kevin’s speeches in the future

Questions:
Has a player recruitment plan been formulated? Is this specific to League one (horses for courses)?
How will the club cope with a minimum (and hopefully maximum) of 5 cup games (which are not a barometer of success) to avoid first team player fatigue and avoidable injuries?

Can you just prioritise sorting out who is the manager next season, make it public knowledge asap for stability and properly commit to building a team, style and ethos that the manager wants?
