In addition to speaking to a few outlets this summer, I will be conducting his end of season Diary this weekend.
You may have seen his recent tweet quoting some questions already submitted, those will be asked.
If you can, please refer to that tweet and if there are any glaring omissions, I will try to get those in as well in the spirit as always of open access and transparency.
Leave them here and I’ll mark them.
Also it goes without saying, but “why are you a Knucklehead” probably won’t make the cut, so let’s please be constructive.
Tough questions welcome.

These are Dom Howson's questions that Kevin has already said he will answer...
Copied from Twitter:
How much responsibility do you take for relegation? Where do you feel the club have gone wrong this season? What lessons have you learned? Is there anything you wish you had done differently? Do you regret bringing Neil Warnock back to the club? The fans never warmed to Darren Moore. Why did you stick with him for so long? Did Moore have a big input into recruitment in January? If so, why back him and then sack him after a couple of weeks? Why do you continue to stand by sporting director Mark Cartwright after a raft of poor managerial appointments and signings? Where is the evidence to suggest he is doing a good job? Are you contemplating making any changes to your senior management team? Why did Town not sign another midfielder in January? Why did Town not sign a proven striker in January? Will Andre Breitenreiter still be in charge next season? What is he referring to when he says ‘unacceptable’ things have happened behind the scenes since his arrival? What sort of playing budget is the manager going to have to work with? Is it inevitable you will have to sell some of your best players to balance the books? How do you turn things around? What is the plan for the future? There’s a disconnect between the club and the fans. How do you fix it?

Thanks for this....I have a few: Does he regret some decisions this season and if so what would he do differently this time if he had a do-over How will Kevin get the fans back on side and enthusiastic again. We are exhausted after so many below par seasons and this may be the final straw for many. I can honestly say some of the best days when we were all behind the team and as one. The division actually is irrelevant so how will Kevin get that good feeling back. We want some attacking free flowing football and need to create a philosophy. Do we have the behind the scenes team to implement this? When will the academy start to show some promises Trump or Biden

Do you regret not giving Neil Warnock until at least Christmas before bringing in his long term replacement. He would’ve had at least 8/10 more points on the board, giving the new man more time & less pressure to implement his style.

Not going to talk about on the pitch, as others will ask far better questions than me, but I'd just like to say that under Nagle's ownership the club have shown more interest in recognising the club's history in the last 12 months than previous regimes combined have done in years, so thanks for that.
While it's not the most pressing of issues for most fans, I think the effort he/and the club have made and the progress that's been made on that score is commendable and very welcome. So thank him for that if you can, please.

The last part no, it’s conjecture.

When you've seen Darren Moore and his style of football wasn't working what made you and your director of football think that bringing someone in to play a similar style was going to work any better?

Has he been surprised at how poor our standard of play has been, especially in the last 2-3 months? He is used to watching Sacramento and I would think that he has been shocked by how badly Championship footballers can be at performing the most basic of tasks, like passing 5 yards to a team mate.
Was he expecting a far better standard of football when he set out on his quest to buy a championship club?

Does Kevin believe in growing the club organically? Making sure we cut out cloth accordingly and not go chasing the boom and bust football that typifies modern day English football.
I might be in a minority here, but I don’t want Town to become another Brighton, being bankrolled to the tune of hundreds of £m’s. That’s not proper football to me, and presumably quite a few folk on here.
Kevin may or may not be aware of a previous Mgr whose reputation is remembered fondly by many, a bloke called Mick Buxton, who helped resurrect the club in the late 70’s and early 80’s. We still had to kiss a few frogs to get where we have been in recent years, but if we can get some consistency and what I would call ‘success’ on the back of a similar era, I think we’d be on the right track.
As a follow up, and slightly related Q. Does KN think that the incentives for Championship teams will diminish if the top few clubs in the PL resign their position and join a European Super League. I would relish that happening, but I appreciate there’s a different take from a business perspective.

Please can you ask him for more details on the 2023 summer budget, or lack of it. Was he limited, and if so why when we have been able to spend in January? There are loads of different theories flying around but few make any sense to me. Thanks.

What is the plan for the first team (style, blooding youngsters, buying prospects to sell on, signing proven players for the league we are in)?
What is the latest with the stadium? (It clearly needs investment and despite some efforts with the fan park, the pre and post match offerings are limited compared to other clubs).
How specifically can we ‘sweat the assets’ of the stadium to make it and the football club more financially self-sufficient? What progress has been made on this front so far?

Given how poor the football has been despite him providing decent investment in January has he had to re appraise where he thinks he can realistically take the club ?
Does he still think we ‘overachieved’ in the January window given how the season panned out ?

Pretty challenging really on the playing side as I imagine questions around manager for next season etc will be answered in the forthcoming week to two weeks.
Plans around investment in the squad for next season, FFP challenges? His personal feelings (without naming names) on the players that Andre basically alluded to as downtooling.
Which would then lead to is there a set criteria for the director of football whoever that maybe as the type of players and personality we want moving forward. It’s great trying to identify flare players like burgzorg but if they don’t have the desire to work hard they obviously can prove a little fruitless/ very toxic.
We will maximise the amount of loans we can take from premier league and championship clubs next season or are they too restrictive on playing minutes.

Bit of a non specific question but, is Kevin confident we can be competitive in League 1 next year considering how far off we were this season?

The games are like inconsequential pre-season friendlies from a couple of levels below where Town will be playing next season. Competitive football needs the jeopardy of promotion and relegation.

Fans love honesty and openness.
If these could be asked.
1. What are the expectations for next season realistically?
(I would hope top 6 is a minimum)
2. Due to previous DOFs etc, what will happen to all those surplus to requirements but still in contract? And how much will this have an effect on the budgets?
3. We all heard that Darren Moore was a nice guy, but why did it take so long to sack him, also, why then allow him the January window to then sack him as soon as it shut?

What was the real reason why NW left the club. The availability of DM can’t possibly be the reason and is a NDA in place? I love Neil Warnock but i feel the club have been far too generous with him with both money and not disclosing how he goes about his business.

Could you ask him "how does relegation feel"
With him being used to a league where you cannot get in-or out of
Zero jeopardy and pressure

Not a question, just a tip. There isn’t a lot we won’t forgive, i know he’s a very successful man and one of the things money gets you is you never have to say sorry. However an apology for the way the season panned out would go along way to getting everyone on the same side.
And on the flip side i hope he knows how grateful i am that someone with no links chose my club to try improve.

Can you clarify who set the budget in summer 2023?
If it was set by Dean Hoyle was it then unchangeable until January due to some rules around the takeover?
If it was set by you then presumably you regret it given that we did then spend in Jan and now find ourselves relegated?

Buying Tommy Wilson's medals, plus buying some of Roy Goodall's (which I don't think is public knowledge) is more than the last two owners ever did on that score. I've always said that Huddersfield Town are far more than the Thrice Champions, and it seems that the club finally agree. As I said, it's refreshing.
