Glad you weren't around for marsden, jepson or steads 1st seasons. Remember it even took the great schindy 5 or 6 matches to come to terms with english football, bojan has played the equivalent of 4. Its a bit early to write him off I was round for Jepson and Marsden, difference with them was that they didn’t come from semi professional football and shit scared of their own shadows Are you sure you remember Chris Marsden's first season with us as a 'left winger'? He was awful and 'soft as shit'. |

Far better to write him off than give him a chance. Giving absolutely shit players numerous chances is half the problem why we are where we are. Get High, Hudlin, Simpson, Rowe, Austerfield et al back from their failed loan spells and give them ‘another chance’ My comment is about Bojan if you read the message I’m replying to. Those 5 players have all been given a chance and should be moved on. |

He had an excellent career at Southampton He definitely did, that 2nd season when he was moved into central midfield it was as though we'd swapped him for a different player! |

How did you find that? Can’t see on official site? Guess we know who Calendar/ LN will be devoting all their time too this evening, we should get a few minutes on WYSD at 6pm before they spend the rest of the night adoring to the deluded lot down the road (C'mon Dave do it again, what you did to Wendies) . I suspect MD will now have a pretty good idea who's staying & who's leaving, don't expect him to say we need to make wholesale changes to a squad that was one of ten teams with just four games remaining trying to avoid the drop. The ones leaving will be replaced & hopefully MD will be happy with who he gets in & should be able to say 'not him' if he sees a name he's not wanting to join the squad..........Will he get to veto? In the past managers have left out in the cold players they clearly objected too. |

He just talks a lot of sense. Also gives the impression that he knows exactly what he has walked into and how to fix it. If you seek out his press conference at Barnsley there’s a lot of similarities. Very reassuring to see how that turned out. This is going to be a real ‘back to basics’ transition, and exactly what we need in my opinion. |

I don't think you can lump him in with the rest Aaron Rowe has also had a pretty decent season at Crew this year. Played in every game bar 3 since he joined them. It'll be interesting to see if we keep him or sell him. |

I loved that presser from MD, I think he'll sort out what's needed. He used the phrase "sweat on the shirt" a couple of times & that would be the minimum we can expect from his team.
Genuinely think we are in good hands with him, he understands our fan base will forgive mistakes, if they see effort, guts & determination. I don't think we'll have a pretty side but we are in Div 3 FFS, let's get us winning.
