Although a touch frustrating, I don't mind there being a bit of a delay to his signing as long as it's done (which I believe to be the case).
I just hope in the meantime the recruitment team are all guns blazing and fully focused on getting other people in and out sharpish, and before the season begins.

I guess it’s a two edged sword at one end we should be showcasing our intent and selling the club to players yet the other end is clubs knowing this and having our pants down. I can see the reluctance to make the right decisions at the correct price.

Gone really quiet this one 🤫 I'm worried about some fans mental health if it doesn't happen because some have done nothing but eat, sleep and tweet everything Alfie May over the last fortnight  Amazing how worked up some get about a bloke they've probably never even seen kick a football. |

Reading a post from Nathan Jones speaking about pre-Season with Charlton and the Alfie May saga,it seems to be if Huddersfield come back with a better offer that meets there value otherwise he will be staying.
So maybe we haven't followed it up who knows !!
