Looks a decent signing to me
West Ham have a really strong crop of young players. In context they won the 2023 FA Youth Cup and beat Arsenal 5-1 in the final
Marshall was one of the top prospects in that group
If we’d signed this lad from Chelsea or Man City people would be more excited
I think he’ll prove to be a really astute addition personally

A close pal of mine who knows Callum from international NI setup responded with "some player mate. Big future".
With over 60+ international caps I'm inclined to trust his judgement.

Had email from club headlining this, but blue text on a black background meant I couldn't read any of the details.
Come on town

Good luck to the lad, maybe not quite the prolific goalscorer we were expecting bit let's hope he takes us by storm in the same way Taylor did for Lincoln. Think your expectations of a “ prolific goal scorer “are unrealistic, firstly finding one and secondly getting his club to sell, apart from May and possibly Taylor there doesn’t appear to be many about, unless you know differently. Apart from May and Taylor? The two we have been heavily linked with? There have been plenty about for this level. However, let's give this new lad a chance he could tear it up.

Won't lie it doesn't impress me an unproven 19year old. Likes of Harratt must be fuming. Can't see him displacing Ward Radulovic or Healey do maybe signed him and told West Ham that he will get games off the bench.
So I assume Harratt going on a loan. Hudlins probably sold and Phillips when he returns if they get another striker in.
Hoping the next man in is proven at league one level.

"All I want to do is play football". Back to basics... not what you usually hear from a new signing.

whilst he came over as very nervous seems very level headed, keen to do well, a really nice young lad. I wish him well. I suspect this is a good option for Town & West Ham but I still fell we will bring in a experienced striker as scoring more than anything has let us down recently.

Harratt can't take the chances he's been given, Hudlin not good enough, Ward past his best. Give the lad a warm welcome and see what he brings. UTT.

Harratt must be thanking God (if there is one) that he's been given a third chance! I keep hearing all this about him getting chances. What he has done is what a lot of us do whether it is minimal or addiction (gambling) and isn't breaking any laws (only in his career path). His 2nd offense is also something that many people do, whether it is right or wrong is down to opinion (I believe it wrong) but again, it is a petty thing. He hasn't battered paramedics like Hamill or wore a tag like Wallworl or done whatever Simpson did. Some people need to get off the high morale horse and give him a break. Many on here will have done worse and not been caught for it.

My NI youth football contact is currently on holiday. Hopefully says the same thing when he gets back. We are building up quite a NI portfolio at the club

I really hope he does brilliant, but if we don't sign anyone else we have gone from May to Taylor to him.
I think we have goals from midfield anyway, but would be nice to have someone other than Healey who you could pretty much guarantee 10+ goals. Other than him we currently don't have anyone else.

He also scored past Kasper Schmeichel in a World Cup qualifier in Copenhagen.........shame it was disallowed. See from about 4:30 I immediately like him. That was a wonderful finish. It’s a dying art but Calumn looks to have it.

Sounds promising, if confirmed. Much needed firepower. Hopefully opposition defences don’t ‘Marshall’ him too much then ! 😬

Reminded me of this. Players who always know where the goal is in relation to their body position.

I like the look of this lad, gets into some good positions on his highlights real, just the type we will need with our style of play. Good luck to him!

I suspect this is a good option for Town & West Ham but I still fell we will bring in a experienced striker as scoring more than anything has let us down recently. I’m not sure it’s just scoring more than anything that has recently let us down….its also been a lack of cohesion and drive in midfield, some shocking defending, mentality, management and any kind of identity and quality on the ball anywhere at all……but yes, also be good to bang a few more goals in…
