Sorry lads, those chants on the Cowshed instagram are vile. Sometimes it's best to just just stick to traditional town songs. I also hate following others.... like the Kane chant, just because of England fans singing it for Foden. Sounds shit. |

But we’ve already won our 1st league game of the season 🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️ At the JSS... Leicester Burnley Fulham Norwich All our 1st home games went on to win the league. Yeah but how is that relevant.. So for the last 4 years we’ve lost at home to the best team int league.. Brilliant.. 🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️ |

Winning our opening three league games are rare events with just two managers in the last sixty years to my knowledge achieving it, Greaves (69/70), Buxton (79/80) & so nearly Wagner (17/18).
It probably was done more than once in the top division (we did 1924/25) in the hey days & it would be a 1st in tier three, so would winning the title.......The bookies are convinced we will win our next two (double odds around 1.6/1) lets hope they are correct. UTT.

Referee is Andy Davies from Hampshire making his eight (out of 13 Town matches) visit to JSS, the last was the 1-1 draw against Bristol City in December......Never done a PL game but just one short of 200 for the Championship

We seem to be displaying the same kind of arrogance more commonly seen at other clubs. People think we'll walk this game. I've been watching Town for 45 years and have come to appreciate any win even if scraped which they usually are. I want a drink of what everyone else is drinking. I'd put money on it's often the same people that took the most offence by other club's fans doing it. Stevenage sound like they've put a decent side together and have a style of play that could work very well against us. |

Over ten on the prediction league have gone for a narrow victory of a 1 goal margin.....Some are going higher & could be right, I'm hoping for a win myself..1-0 will do UTT. |

This is exactly the sort of scenario that worries me as a Town fan so if we can turn up and produce a regulation home win, my expectation levels will be through the roof.

From abject misery and plummeting down the leagues three months ago outlooks change with one good away win, lets not get overconfident as a loss its you harder, its a long old season, lets all hope its a good one. |

Town fans get carried away when we play well as much as we do when we lose. The fact is for a portion of the game against Pboro we didn’t look great, so I’m not convinced that we are totally transformed. Hopefully we can dominate the game today, but I agree with you, I don’t think we should be getting overly confident. |
