Just logged on for the first time in ages and I feel like I'm in a parallel dimension reading through the comments. We seem to be displaying the same kind of arrogance more commonly seen at other clubs. People think we'll walk this game. I've been watching Town for 45 years and have come to appreciate any win even if scraped which they usually are. I want a drink of what everyone else is drinking. Town fans get carried away when we play well as much as we do when we lose. The fact is for a portion of the game against Pboro we didn’t look great, so I’m not convinced that we are totally transformed. Hopefully we can dominate the game today, but I agree with you, I don’t think we should be getting overly confident. Danny Ward and Josh Koroma up front is EXACTLY why I'm not getting even remotely carried away |

Headley can count himself unlucky after his performance on Tuesday.
So disappointing that after all the promises we start our first home match with Ward and Koroma up front. An afternoon of Ward pretending to challenge and Koroma insisting on having that fatal extra touch.

So has Healey actually got a knock, or is he on his way out, with a new striker, possibly Taylor, coming in.
Call me sceptical, but Radulovic supposedly had a knock, he didn't go to Austria and we haven't seen anything of him since.

This was always going to be the problem with Healey, although thought he might have managed more than 1 game. Ward we will be lucky to get 10 games out of. It is vital that we get this striker deal done, although if its Taylor, its not exactly close if he is still on the bench for Luton. Honestly after last season I was hoping never to see Ward or Koroma in the starting line up for us again, but what can you do. I was also hoping the same with Hogg, and especially at home, where I dont even think we need someone in his position.
I am still positive about today though, especially after our first 2 games. Think we have enough goals in midfield to see us beat Stevenage if we dont need to rely on our strikers. Going forward though, we gotta get a deal done next week for a striker.
