That would look absolutely mental. Imagine the glass getting pelted every time Wardy has a shot. Good job we sold Rudoni as well then… 😉 I have to disagree. All his shots just rolled along the floor into the opposition keeper's hands. |

Can we not give this player abuse a rest. Pretty much every thread turns into a slag at players. Many seem to think this season is pretty much a disaster so far. For me we are doing well, 7 Out of 10.

I went to Solihull vs Bromley last season. Got to say the facilities at Solihull were excellent. Decent street food stand in an area available to both home & away fans, really smart looking bar area with screens showing SSN, decor showing bits of their club's history and an executive/corporate area that looked professional, but unstuffy. Really impressive stuff & better than I've seen at any EFL club.
If we can open up a similar sports bar here that would be ideal. Ours would have to be on a larger scale simply because we're better supported, but maybe that could be fulfilled by having multiple H-Town bars around the stadium (I'm basing this on what I imagine the new setup to be & what I expect uptake to be).
I recall when there was uncertainty around whether we'd have the American or Dutch consortium & I openly admit that based on what I'd seen I was heavily favouring the Dutch option. "Exciting plans for the stadium and fan experience" just sounded shite. My thoughts were very much, "Bloody Yank Razzamatazz & Americanisation of something that's done better here" - but I've been won over. Hopefully the new H Town bar will be as good as I hope.

Your membership gets you a seat at a table within the room, the option to have a meal and listen to ex and current players being interviewer etc.. plus a seat in the upper stand. |

Heard it all now folk who’ve been happy to pay to go in the White Rose Club whist the club has suffered numerous relegations, years of poor performances, been run into the ground by previous owners. Yet are now threatening to jack it in because the stadium announcer is being moved !! Been in there a couple of times and it’s full of folk who seem to think they’re a cut above and better fans than the plebs who sit in the cheap seats. I'll happily pay more, grates on some, to stand in the cowshed, and happy for others to pay more for whatever is their preference, but H Town will probably serve my tipple when I next attend a home game. |

What an awful comment. If you'd been around the country listening to other pitch announcers you'd realise what a gem we have in Rambo. He did a great job at Canalside and those days are much missed. I'm sure he'll do a good job in the new venue Agree. He’s part of the fabric of the club and should be shown some respect. He can't be that bad for the number of years he has been announcer, he is quite entertaining at times and I didn't mind him at all, it's all down to whether you like his kind of humour. You are right he needs respect for the years he has done the job. |
