As shown time and time again, this squad melt in the face of any adversity. We just need to live with it until we can shift the majority of the squad that have been here for the last few years. Some of the worst culprits have been signed in the last year or so - Bojan, Wiles two prime examples. Cartwright needs to go because he’s fucking clueless and I’ve no confidence he knows how to direct any kind of successful football club. Wiles was infinitely better than Radulovic tonight. Why he wasn't hooked at half-time I have no idea. Ward was at least putting himself about.

As I’ve put on the other thread “So just to summarise his reign so far: Sacks the manager that pulled off a miracle Relegation Sat 7th in league one Knocked out in the FA cup first round to non league Tamworth. Whilst I like Kevin and still believe he will succeed it’s getting harder and harder to defend the choices made under his ownership.” Some responsibility falls on Nagle, he employs the people who choose the players, managers, starting line ups. Duff needs to go just not up to it as Swansea found out, however Breitenreiter was obviously correct to a point regards the players. You're being kind to him. The fact that he begged Warnock to stay, then begged Breitenreiter to stay, says alot. No clue.

As someone has said, Tamworth weren’t even good, we were just far worse… The delivery of our crosses in the second half was ridiculously poor. We’ll be reet, but it’s nights like this that the ownership and players top to bottom need to hold their hands up and apologise for that disgrace of a performance. Sorry doesn't do it for me, happens too often

The point is We are fucking shit by Cartwrights signings and he's still got a job because our owner and his American side kick can't see it!!! Sorry, must have been me. I agree with your broader point for the record. Give me your point?

Can you still fine players for poor performance? I think that was abolished?

It all comes down to having too many players that are used to losing. We’re fine when 1 nil up, but when we go down a goal the heads drop!
We’ve got a squad full of losers that feel sorry for themselves and they all needed to go last season and we failed to shift them on!
We’ve no leadership in the squad and until we do and get rid of the losers it we will keep getting worse.

Just to regurgitate what I said earlier in the thread.
I just happened to focus on a 5 min stretch of the game in the second half and we were just static.
Give your opposition something to think about, Tamworth had a very easy game tonight. Had they conceded you’d feel it would have been self inflicted by nerves, but we didn’t even threaten in that second half.
A free kick on the edge of the box. 99% of sides would have had a pop, not us, we’ll just lob it in the box again…

Not come back from a goal down to get a point since Breitenreiters first game. Shows how much of it is in the heads

This is why I found it so annoying they had the nerve to call out the fans and atmosphere recently, and for us being 'negative'. THIS IS FUCKING WHY!!! We've consistently had this level of shit thrown at us for far, far too long.

Every fucking time. It's always us. Always us as the fucking fall guys. Always bottleless, heartless bastards demeaning the shirt. Always someone else running hard and working hard and putting in the graft while those useless morons just let us down. Unprofessional. Unworthy of the badge on their shirt. Year after year after year of going a goal down and folding. Of one way of playing and no plan B. Of second-rate chancers picking the players for the manager. Never any excitement. Just shit day after shit day when highly-paid professionals just roll over and have their tummies tickled. We, as a club, are soft from top to bottom. Soft on the pitch and soft between the ears. No fight. No battle. Just roll over. Decision against us? Just accept it without anger. Go a goal down? That's that game lost. The slightest setback defeats us constantly and it's just embarrassing at this point. That goal should not knock the stuffing out of us the way it did. But every single one of them straight into their shells, hiding, heartless. Duff was shocking tonight. We needed to change shape and, as normal, didn't. I'm sick of modern coaches and their one-track way of playing. Mix it up, change it. Not aided by his options from the bench not having either pace or overall physicality. Thanks, Cartwright. We needed pace and a target man. We have neither because you spent the whole fucking window chasing the unattainable rather than bringing in what we actually needed. We can always hope that this acts as a kick up the backside and provokes some proper introspection and a reaction. I highly doubt it. Too many are happy to feel the wound and use it as an excuse. Tonight should fucking hurt. I don't think it does for those players tonight. They were ambling around until the dying seconds. What we saw in stoppage time should have been from minute one. Take it seriously. Leave it all out there. There's a lot of players who didn't do that. Tamworth were not good enough to beat us unless we were unprofessional. We were unprofessional on so many levels tonight. Lazy. Concentration all over the place. Every one of them should be fined their month's wages and refunds given to every fan there from the proceeds. It's the Fa cup. Its not just us. Top of my head something Paper Mill Factory beat their neighbours Charlton last season at The Valley and Ipswich got beat at Portman Rd to Maidenhead. It happens. But I do agree we are soft and have been for years. Loser mentality and we can't deal with adversity.

Are any of the players brought to the club by our present recruitment team likely to be 'wanted' by anyone else in January?? Could we in truth give any of them away free without them having to take a massive drop in wages.. Are any of them, someone we as fans look and hope to see on the teamsheet for the match?? Id say the answer to all the above is no or none.. If your job or part of it was recruitment then you should probably no longer be in it..🤔

Surely we knew most their team would be cloggers and poor at running, so why did we play into their hands by playing slowly from the back . Should have utilised Marshall's pace to run at their defenders. Let them have the ball, then when we won it back put balls over the top to chase. No point putting floated balls at their defenders to head out all day. Poor tactics and game plan from duff. Marshall’s pace?!?

What attributes does he have? The run offside midway through the second half was absolutely criminal, like someone who doesn’t know how to play centre forward.

Radulovic is the biggest fraud this club has ever seen. Should be shown the door on Monday, not fit to wear the shirt. Turton still out of his depth at this level too show him the door.
