I quite like the americanised merchandise..at least we have some choice now
Better together...no point in having a pop at change...tbh I'm sick and tired of just polo shirts and t shirts to choose from
Is kev not allowed to put a little bit of his homeland into the club??

Tbh I don’t mind the extra ideas from other cultures if it makes the club more money and spreads us to a wider audience. There’s choice enough for everyone although it’s not for me as a man approaching 50. However, if I was 16-18 I could have seen myself in a varsity jacket as this was captured in pretty much every pop culture moment from the states during my adolescence for example thriller, grease, happy days most 70’s 80’s high school/college featuring horror films. The club seem to be making a genuine effort to appeal to not just middle aged men but older, young generations and women too. Can only be a good thing to try.

If the hawaiian shirt came down to say £15-20 in a sale it might go on my Xmas wish list for hols next year.

To me there's nothing more embarrassing and cringeworthy than watching players walk out onto that pitch in the lovely blue and white stripes wearing pink football boots or fluorescent green/yellow boots  ...disrespecting the club Or walking off the coach wearing random sports gear with big silly 70,s style headphones staring at the floor or their mobile phones At least they now look smart wearing the varsity jackets and portray the club respectfully and properly Poor little souls..boo hoo |

I’ve not looked at merchandise previously but £130 for that god awful tacky varsity jacket I mean…wow. And £60 for the equally as bad baseball style shirt! Somebody somewhere has got it seriously wrong there. Edit: I’ve just spotted the hockey hoodie at £65! I mean that is just a wind up surely? Agree most things are over priced, so I wait for them to go on sale, as most things inevitably do, And then if I want one and my size is left I get it. |

I’d it sent out to The Whisky Isle in the usual (3XL) manner and while it’s normally a comfy enough fit at that size it wouldn’t even close on ma beer belly... Was gutted having to send it back but just picked something else ! |

I’m like yourself Lossiemouthtownfan in That I’m always hunting for bargains as that life enables me to have a very enjoyable excursion in this life so to speak... But with HTAFC merchandise that policy goes outta the window for sure... I’m like it’s there so I like it and I must have it and have it the day before tomorrow if need be... Sometimes I hear about people being addicted to spending on things - well I think Town superstore is my addiction ! Don’t get me wrong - In my springtime game I might be in The HTAFC superstore and see something that was really expensive in the autumn / winter and I’ll grab it and have done before but the only thing is usually The (3XL) versions are gone by that time... Good luck today v Deveronvale certainly Clachnacuddin will need plenty at Buckie Thistle - Was up your way last Saturday had a really varied trip the report of which is on Tamworth v Town thread on the last page probably ! |
