Wonder if the FA Cup win might gee them up, especially as seconds away from losing it.

Just watched highlights of some of the so called lower league teams we are lucky we were drawn against Tamworth some of the other teams would have put five past us Plenty of teams have better passing quicker passing more shots on goal just all round better play We need to go on a 10 or more unbeaten run to get back fans faith plus probably the owners I think that it should take more than "a 10 or more unbeaten run" to get the fans faith back. Results are critical but if we are still scraping by and January window comes around and it is a repeat of the last one, we will not be moving forward.

No you get in your car and put Crawley fc in and follow the instructions . Where are you researching ? Or just follow the instructions of the kind poster who put the details above on the forum. What are you researching? How to get there, obviously. You don't just get in the car and drive in the general direction of the South Coast or Gatwick Airport do you? You mentioned research , well if you just put the footy club in the sat nav you’ve done NO research literally NONE. Just spelt the club name and drive where the sat nav tells you.

If you can see Crawley putting 4/5 past us then I suggest you lump all the money you have got with Paddy Power and you’ll make a fortune!!

Pretty sure we’ll have a strong close to sell out following at Gatwick on Saturday. Loads going for the new ground despite Fridays astrodisastro and handy for the many southern exiles who loyally follow us
If we can keep Bojan & Headley with their tracksuits on then we’ll be alright on the night !

For anyone considering a night away for this one, Horsham is a very pleasant small town near Crawley, and worth a visit. Nothing special, just clean and smart in the town centre with a good choice of places to eat.

Crawley’s first choice goalkeeper is likely to miss the Town game after being concussed, plus their best defender, Josh Flint. They’ve sometimes had no substitute goalie on the bench and there’s talk of them bringing in an emergency loan.

I went to Weston super mare again Bristol rovers. They played excellent and should have beaten them, just ran out of steam. Way they played was the opposite to us, wanted the ball, won most 50-50 and hardly ever passed the ball backwards.

Or alternatively you could appreciate the help of a fellow Town fan...even if it is of no benefit to you as you know everything Used to be able to find the ground by just looking for the floodlights as you drove into a town. Park up and walk to the nearest pub. Did that once a long time ago, driving over the tops heading to Stoke City.... ended up at Port Vale's ground 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Think the town team bus did the same, at 2:45 it went past us at a cross roads and we followed it. Thankfully they must have eventually got some directions and we found the place. Had to pay to park which proper upset the old man, to make up for it when we got to the turnstiles i just bobbed under. That put a smile back on his face. Soon to be knocked off when we lost 2-0. lol

Always find it funny on match threads where people provide very detailed descriptions of how to get to the ground or certain locations, as if people don’t have maps / navigation on the very device they’d use to read the message in the first place. I read you comment over the weekend. Interesting that a couple of folk died by following a Sat Nav. Nothing better than doing a proper reccy before you travel anywhere new imho Google and Apple have agreed to amend their audio prompts after a double fatal crash appeared to have been caused by incorrect directions from a sat-nav.
A coroner warned tech companies, including TomTom, to a risk of future deaths after a woman drove the wrong way onto the A5 near Milton Keynes.
Sean Cummings, assistant coroner, said Tracey Haybittle, 58, and Amal Mohamed Ahmed, 38, both died in a head-on collision after Ms Ahmed appeared to have followed "audio directions from her sat-nav application".
TomTom said recent changes had been made to its verbal instructions. Apple and Google hoped changes to their audio prompts would provide clearer guidance.

Stuck there three days because it was too soggy and muddy even for the crane to rescue him

Are this bunch mentally strong enough to go to Crawley and get something? God forbid they hear a nasty word shouted from the crowd, that could finish them off.
I've never known such a bunch of fragile players, they probably have trigger warnings and safe spaces to cope.
Grow a pair, get in their faces, wear the shirt with pride and come home with a convincing win.

I can see us losing this game, maybe 1-0/2-1 and fancied going when the fixtures came out.

At least they like to play tippy happy football which plays into our hands a lot more than Tamworth's route one. Route one throw in! and don't forget the smack in the face for the keeper

Depends which team turns up. The gutless, can’t be arsed one or the one that at least tries a little and plays with a modicum of talent.

Scott Malone is at Crawley now. He started the first few games but seems to have just “disappeared”. The club hasn’t said anything about any injury, so various allegations are being made about him.

Seems like only yesterday that away matches were at Man. City, Liverpool, Arsenal. Lose this, and our squad/manager should have to Crawle-y back home.
