None of that or what you've said previously though shows anything about the apparent amount of shit people we have at the club though. I know loads of people who couldn't give a crap about their job but it doesn't make them shit people. A weak mentality doesn't make someone a shit person. Someone feeling pressure because they've got 14000 people shouting at them doesn't make them a shit person. Having a lack of confidence doesn't make someone a shit person. Not being a leader doesn't make someone a shit person. The lack of professionalism which i have explained, shows a person's personaility. It depends what you take as a good person or bad. The amount of bad personailism , such as just fucking off straight after games for example and tings like that do not help with building a sucessful team spirit and place in which to build. Duff keeps talking about mentaility. It is something that keeps getting mentioned for a reason. We have had a lack of profssionalism, which everyone at the club has actually accepted , there are differing interviews and statments made over the last 18 months that have stated this .If you want to ignore it thats fine.
I will not go into specfics anymore or further than i am doing, but the place under CC to now interms of what was acceptable and what is not was different world. The last two seasons the players were allowed to take the piss and they did , it become a do as you please place and the players took full advantage. Remember this is a professional football club and if some players are taking the p...., then others should have stamped it out , but they didn't. Which to me shows , that we have players who didn't want to put right bad things, but were ok and didn't want to stand up to be counted. As i say depends on what you class as good people and bad are, i suppose to me good characters / people don't take the piss out of the situation and knuckle down and work and no EXCUSES , don't blame everyone else look at yourself and put it right. As to me bad personailities hide when its not going well, you find out who the real good people and characters are when its bad not when its good.

Yawn... I’ve given up mate One minute he/she posts remarks that imply they know things for certain that players have told him directly, next they post saying they have no connection to the club at all And the posting style makes my eyes ache too, unless I just need new specs 😂 |
