Town played in white shorts today and the whole strip looked absolute class. Town could have played in blue shorts as there was no colour clash with LO, so I wonder why they switched? Can clubs alter their strip during a season?

I'm not too aggrieved over the colour change, but I do by far prefer white shorts. Blue shorts are wednesday, hartlepool n wigan etc
White shorts for Town!!!!
Bring 'em back. :nodding:

Couldn't agree more! You wouldn't see Man Utd deciding to wear red shorts "just for a nice change" would you?!

White shorts always when the shirts are Blue and White. :nodding: :nodding: Simple, isn't it? Towns kit with blue n white shirts, we wear white shorts!! tbh I don't really mind the blue shorts that much as long as it's only for one season (Though I think last time we wore blue shorts we got out of this division ) Maybe it's a lucky omen :nodding: But, back to white shorts next season please. *unless blue shorts are lucky for us :iconlol: :iconlol:

If we all make a pledge to make a donation to KIU if they bring the white shorts back (double the amount if we go up), is there any chance?

i am of the belief that the referee makes the decision about shorts and socks if he thinks there might be some sort of problem with identification, but having said that the ref will sometimes let a goalkeeper wear the same colour shirt as he as on ie green, black, someone correct me if iam wrong :spaz: :spaz:

White shorts looked very classy - the blue shorts seem amateur. Town should definitely have white shorts.

Was there this much fuss about blue shorts in 1994? I do admit the kit looked quite nice yesterday, kind of like the old Panasonic one we used to wear around 10 years ago. But whereas blue shorts "are Wednesday, Hartlepool and Wigan", am I the only one who thinks yesterday's kit was a bit...

But to be honest, as long as we're winning, i couldn't care less what colour our shorts are. Oooooooh, thats a bit of controversy for ya! :udders:
