I've given MrsAB moral support on the weightwatchers diet before and it seemed to work pretty well in terms of not requiring you to give up too much. As I weigh more than her I could eat the same meals as her and have enough points left for 2-3 pints of ale a night. Not that that is recommended by Weightwatchers Corporation. Ditching bread is a very good tactic on weightwatchers.
Like Dan I was astonished to hear that brispie doesn't bake his own bread. Even I do.

When I was nat king cole the other year I used to bake my own bread to relieve the boredom. My specialities were cheese leek bacon and mixed chopped nuts, and olive chorizo and sun dried tomato. I then used to eat it to relieve the boredom

Don't knock it till you've tried it mate But substitute shite for chorizo sausage. it makes the dough less soggy when you're kneading it

Best way to lose weight, eat sensible and exercise.
Having said that, my fave butty at the mo is 2 slices of bread with a light coating of mayo, couple of boiled eggs, sliced of course, bit of onion and tomato and a hefty helping of coleslaw. With or without a bag of ready salted
I make up for it by eating loads of veggies

That reminds me Oi hoopy, if you're reading - I said my Mum and Dad used a breadmaker and they loved it. On going home at Christmas I was informed that it was a load of shit and they're making bread in the oven which is much better. So sorry about that.
