It’s a real shame we couldn’t pull our finger out and get mathematically safe sooner it’d have been a great opportunity to actually give some of these lads minutes at championship level! Sounds great in theory, but not sure anybody enjoyed or got anything out of the Millwall pumping last season. Happy to be corrected on this!

Massive game for these lads tomorrow.
They've the potential to finish the season off on a massive high, leave for the summer absolutely buzzing after winning a cup, come in 4 weeks later for pre-season and try and force their way into the first team plans.
Early night tonight boys....get off those Xbox's and Play Stations and get to bed....Come on Town!

Brahima with another brilliant goal for the under 19s. Surely it's getting towards the point with him where his development is going to be hindered a bit by staying in the youth and B teams. He should be integrated right into the first team next season as I'm not sure playing in the clogger leagues for a season would be great for him either. The standard of that defending. Thought i was watching women's football for a second What defending?

Looks like Worthington is messing about with positions again! Diarra wearing number 9 tonight

The perimeter advertising screens have gone? Phil's flogged them to help pay Hoyle back!

Not going to pretend to know the quality of the opposition but Etienne Camara looks a real talent, should build the future around the likes of him, Diarra and Bright. All look above average for their age groups

Loving our keepers starting position. A proper sweeper keeper that a defence loves

The usual suspects, Camara, Bright & Diarra look real players but I've also been impressed by Krasniqi, Midgeley & the GK's starting position, as previously mentioned, is excellent - he's had literally nothing to save though.
We look a really good, technical but physically strong team at this age group, with Camara, in particular, looking a class above.

just lacking a bit of threat up front. You can see the exact same style as the 1st team but these lads are better at it..

Only been watching on and off but it feels so much quicker and free flowing than watching the first team. Some talented lads in this 11

Loads of possession and most look comfortable on the ball but like the first team, a lot of passing for the sake of it and bugger all end product.
DTS doing his best Oggy imoression by being ten seconds behind the play with his commentary.
Edit: Camara at the back looks miles better on the ball than any of our first team defenders.

I think what this team tonight is missing is a genuine CF, someone to hold play up & let Bright & Diarra come from deeper

Burnley started to play now. Town need to dig in now. Looked really good before the Burnley subs came on. Proper game now.

I have watched about 30 minutes (20 in first half, 10 up to now). I have heard 1 "keeping him honest" an 2 "he's a Londoner by trade"... (not sure how that's a trade ). Camara has looked class. Bilokapic has made a couple of good saves, in the first half he went long with his kick cos he was a little under pressure... was a good idea. Diarra is not a striker but looks good when I have seen him before. I also like the look of Bright. Seems a clever player. Dunno what Camara did for the red cos I was typing this out. UPDATE: Since posting, 2 more "keeping him honest". Don't know what that even means.

[br It wasn't actually shown as it was off the ball, Burnley no 14 was for lashing out at a Town lad during the melee, spot on by the ref, who has had a really good game

Cracking last 15. Proper game near the end. Some very good football played by the young lads. Played out well from the back and they looked a lot better on the ball than the Burnley lads. Really well done. 👍

Great win, Town were in total control until we went ahead & complacency set in. Dunno if you can give MOTM to someone sent off but Camara was superb.
The only other worrying thing was possibly fitness at the end, it's natural for young lads to get cramp on the big pitch but it only seemed to be our lads, unless there was a bit of time wasting.
Big congratulations to the lads, I really enjoyed the game.
