up to March 8th averages Leeds 3099 Nottm Forest 2505 Sheff Wed 2110 Derby 2073 Leicester 1920 Burnley 1827 Huddersfield 1616 QPR 1505 Middlesbrough 1488 Brighton 1368 Blackburn 1307 Bolton 1279 Birmingham 1198 Ipswich 1132 Watford 1132 Barnsley 1018 Wigan 964 Reading 909 AFC Bournemouth 862 Doncaster 837 Millwall 796 Charlton 767 Blackpool 734 Yeovil 477
a lot of local games but not bad considering mid-table nothingness. Town have been in the top 11 in the entire football league for the last 5 seasons, inc 3 years in league 1.

Compare that to our away form this season: linkI am surprised by Reading's low attendance, have they always travelled in small numbers?

Bradford count all the people "who really want to be there but cant make it" as in the ground "in spirit" and they click the turnstiles for them.. Its not illegal as its widely used in elections in Bradford where upwards of 10 thousand "dead" people vote at each election because "its what they would have wanted"... In India this rises to almost 5 million dead people who have people who continue to vote for them as it "keeps their memory alive"... Continuing to claim benefits for people who may have passed on is also a way of "remembering them ". !!!!!!

In all honesty Town have always been well supported away from home, ever since I've been going they have anyway.

We don't have that problem. Yeah yours are shite away as well. Rumour has it, 'Take me home, Midland Road' can be heard on the outskirts of the town centre on match day - our away support, well, vocally and numerically, top notch.

Mate, the only thing Bradford has a larger attendance than Huddersfield is downatthemac forum! Bloody loads of you here.

Bit unfair that. Cup - Watford - 1,200 Wigan - 5,100 Arsenal - 19,500 Villa - 18,000 Villa (a) - 6,700 Cap Cup Final - 33,000 Play off (h) - 15,000 Play off (a) - 2,000 Play off final - 26,000 All contributed to a very expensive season - oh, and very small league allocations. Poor numbers in the past mirror the effort on the field - goes without saying really - Accrington Stanley for six straight seasons becomes a little tedious after a while.

Its a good job they told you in advance to avoid away games to save money because a couple of trips to Wembley were in the fixture list...i remember when we went to Wembley last I thought "phew, good job I didnt go to Carlisle, why wasnt I told at the start of the season we had an expensive day out at Wembley coming up".

Blackburns away attendance on Saturday was a disgrace and a shock tbh, I expected them to fill that away end. They did last year if I remember right.
