Comfortable home win tomorrow! Based on ? They have struggled at home, you must think we are a soft touch as many of us do then ?

The players have had a couple of weeks off with a blank weekend last week.. If they aren't 'up for it' from the start they don't deserve to be pro footballers. Simple as that.
The Wendy pitch is awful but it's the same for both sides. I take the Fulham game was freaky that amount of possession, shots and even missing two penalties was hard to take but now we must move on and see how we do in these last 7 games. UTT

What are we going to do without Hogg. Hope CP doesn't have any daft ideas - but suspect we'll see Edgar in midfield.

Reckon he might pop Miller up there for some hoofball. You can't play our cultured passing game on that pitch.

I have seen Wednesday play at home 4 times this season and yet to see them score a goal. Quite solid at centre half , but susceptible down the flanks.

Powell has had two weeks to get things sorted and think this one through. Based on his abilities, tactical awareness and influence to date I have little doubt he will now be in a state of complete and utter disorientation and therefore anticipate we will lose 3-0. The man has no idea.

Only just realised after Millwall's result that we're 8 points off the drop!

I'd take a point now 8 points with 6 games left though tez.........and only miwaw below us in anything resembling form. If we go down blame the players.........we should have been safe 2 wks ago, but same old story - soft as shit defending and missed chances and we are biting our nails a bit. Big game today though......a heavy defeat and the atmosphere v Ipswich will be awful. It was poisonous last year where we were worse than hopeless and let's just hope there's no repeat. Just hope CP doesn't go for a point today - we can't play that way with the current personnel....67 goals conceded surely confirms that?!

The defensive record we have shows where investment HAS to be made in the Summer.. DEFEND.
Hope the Mufc lad Reece has a decent debut, just hope his colleagues don't let him and us down.
The inevitable squeaky bum time for our last few games has become all too familiar

Well said, agree fully, we are a very soft team, people saying we are safe ? Really ? If we lose today and Monday will they still be so cock sure ? Can't wait for this season to end. Our players look on the beach most games.

And I will say it again, you can only tell it as you see it. Not a great team, easily beatable. We made their back four look like Arsenals of old at home.

Pretty sure I saw Raheem Stirling have a £100,000 + a week air shot on the same day as Edgar's. At least Edgar is cheap. I don't really care who he plays v Wednesday or what formation. Its not really all that relevant. What's more relevant is whether we go at them with high tempo and pressing. We might get something. If we let them come on to us we have a good chance of zilch. I'm fearful that we don't have our two most energetic players in Hogg and Bunn on the park.

It will be interesting to see how we play without Hogg in midfield, he's almost the catalyst for our team in my opinion.
Think I'd be tempted to go 442 today, Miller to start to deal with their giant defenders like he did against Norwich.
Smithies Smith Hudson Lynch James Scannell Coady Butterfield Lolley Vaughan Miller

It has been far from a vintage season of derby football for Huddersfield Town.
Seven games, two points and a first double defeat against local rivals Leeds United since before the Second World War is a miserable record and one that the Terriers are desperate to improve on today in their final White Rose clash of the season, against Sheffield Wednesday.
