Beeb reporting £4m deal for Butters. Hope we someone lined up to spend some of the money. That's £7.5m in transfer receipts received and 9 hours to spend it. Don't forget the 25% increase in transfer fee of any player we enquire about!

I find you using your daughter not getting dance lessons as a stick to beat the club with very strange.. your choice....you know what you're getting with football..usually disappointment. but we all know the deal. I know it's my choice. It was aimed at those who believe posters who don't react positively to selling our best players think we are troublecausers trying to beat the club with a big stick. In reality it's nothing like that. I'm saying with the lack of wins and now it seems selling our better players it's becoming more difficult to justify the outlay. I believe I'm one of those posters it was aimed at. 'Betrayed'? The club isn't your girlfriend! As Richie says... it's your choice and you know what you're getting. I know if I were HAVING to choose between my daughter's dance classes and football my daughter would win every time.

The swing from positive to negative in that post was beautiful. I started reading it thinking JimmyMac got out of the right side of the bed this morning, I'm feeling the positivity and everything's gonna be alright and then halfway through, boom, like a punch in the guts, the rug is pulled.

BUTTERFIELD BID
Derby are close to signing Jacob Butterfield from Huddersfield for £4m, according to Sky sources.
Butterfield has been impressive in the heart of the Terries midfield this season and we expect the deal to go through in the next few hours.
^^ Sky Sports..
Who are the ' Terries ' anyway?

Does no-one else get the feeling that Huws was/is Butterfield's replacement?

I know if I were HAVING to choose between my daughter's dance classes and football my daughter would win every time. Betrayed is a very emotive word. Its a football club and a business and you are entitled if you buy a season card to 23 football matches at your home stadium and the requisite health and safety regulations to be followed by the club. they are not required to do anything but put 11 professional footballers in home shirts and start the games. anything else by way of entertainment or success is a bonus.. they are not obliged to tell us anything about the workings of the club or of its staff. As far as I can tell they can make decisions, tell us about them and then not stick to them if they do not wish to, unless it affects your use of the said season card. we are going to cardiff to support the team and the club, which as far as I am concerned is still you and me and the other supporters, the staff playing and working in and owning the club come and go and the above will still apply.

Good business? That's all we hear when we sell now. Is it good business to be in League 1? Done well for our Club has Hoyle but no balls and not prepared to compete in this league.
