To fit in with the Latin origination...which is the CORRECT form. PS - Sir Humphrey Davy, of the Davy Lamp fame, didn't "discover" Aluminium, he "named" it, it was discovered 10 years later by a Dane. Not disputing this but how can you name something BEFORE it's discovered? en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Discovery_of_NeptuneThey reckon Neptune was mathematically predicted, and 'named', before it was recognised (though it had been seen before, without recognition). Usually we name things by pointing at them, or something similar, but it can be done by description too (whoever is committing these murders - let's call them 'Jack the Ripper').

I smell another account belonging to Portugal Terrier... Can’t be me, far too erudite. Must be difficult coming to terms with the fact there are alternative viewpoints out there. Even pretend ones made of towering bread. Strange world out there!

He’s just slagged off a load of town fans for being pathetic cause we dared to show appreciation for the journey we just had . Jesus wept . He’s done a load for club so that gives him Right to call town fans pathetic . Just toxic behaviour. ...and another one Good spot. Both pieceofbread1 and @tower have the same birthday on their profile. What are the odds? Seems someone wanted to pretend to be multiple people to lend support to their view! Anyone's guess who it could be.

You're saying fans who want to get rid of him are blinkered, even though you think the same? I'm not following. castlehillterrier

Easy to take the moral high ground when you aren’t in that situation. It’s not worked out bad for them clubs I would rather support my local club, than support a club that has bought success. I am convinced KN and his team will invest and take us forward but I am also sure everything will be done in a correct and sustainable way. The club is in good hands you just cant do everything in the first few months, they will get things wrong, they will get things right they are learning also but the intentions will be for the long term good of HTAFC. Some tough descions have to be taken like the removal of NW but again this was for the good of HTAFC despite it being so unpopular with the fans. I think Darren would be judged very different if he had not followed NW, unfortunatly many don't consider what a rough time we have had with injuries and squad depth. Many people are just upset not because its Darren Moore but because it is not Neil Warnock, Darren will be given more time and is fully supported at this time as luckly the people running the club are not the blinkered fans that are not considering the full picture. What needs to be remembered is KN is a new owner, and as a new owner everything is looked at much closer especially in the first year. It is so tricky this one, I really believe what kennyk2 is saying and that DM will be given until middle to late February to have chance to have a squad he is happier with and this is 100% what i have been told. I do wonder if this plan might change however especially with such odd team selections and performances, the fans could have a big say in this and the new ownership / management team may start to feel the pressure to make a change sooner. I am sure discussions with KN, MC & JE have taken place regarding the future of DM and if the continue to back Darren in January or move on sooner. For sure they are all aware of the current feeling around the club and they can also see the performances on the pitch, Mr Nagle comes accross as someone very loyal and someone that would try his best to make it work with the current manager I am just not sure even Kevin can keep wathcing the performances like last night and not act. Do I want the club to get rid now, after last night I really do I think we have found a nice guy and someone who interviewed well but unfotuanlty seems a little clueless when it comes to match days, time to move on and try and reinvigorate our season. Do I think the above will happen, yesterday I would have said 100% not at this time, today I am thinking its still 75% chance that DM will still be here come end of January but I now have some doubt in my mind and I believe we will already be sounding out possible replacements in the background as it is really looking like this is not working out. Getting the full fan base to be behind the clubs choices is something that KN can still acieve with some brave moves, but the longer this goes on then the more difficult it will be to get this support back, I think we need to act fast, admit it hasnt worked out and be strong enough to make the call in the next 48hours IMHO. You were judging him very differently only a week ago. Bit odd of you to criticise others for doing the same now (a 1-1 draw with Millwall later) - claim they're not aware of injuries/lack of squad depth etc. When did you become re-enlightened?
