Genuinely gutted and genuinely worried about our defence if we line up with what we have now. I'm not saying that's what I expect to happen but if "lead in his boots" Hudson and the new lad are our defence next season God help us. Tell us what you know about 'the new lad'. Tell us what you know about the new lad.

Polish centre back possible replacement. Why do you even bother anymore after you rumbled yourself? In your 'grand reveal' you said you were bullshitting so why would we believe you now? You strike me as having some weird narcissistic disorder, which you probably think is 'top bantz' but it's pathetic and desperate. Just give it a rest you dead beat. Your 'reveals' are ball-breakingly tedious.

Tell us what you know about 'the new lad'. Tell us what you know about the new lad. It doesn't really matter what we know though, does it? It's what Wagner knows that matters, which is more than you, me, or anyone else on this forum.

Of course Lynch is replaceable and i was not expressing concerns that he was irreplaceable was i? You should be concerened because for the reasons i raised the lack of championship experience. Lets hope when the window opens we get some

Shame to see him go, but I'm not surprised. Heard the rumours about the QPR interest a while ago and suspected he'd be off. Been a good servant to us - comfortably our best centre half for a number of years - and he'll always get a clap from me when he returns. At least he looks to be going early in the summer which gives us plenty of time to get a replacement. If he wants to go then all we can do is try and get a decent price for him and then invest that money back in the first team. Hopefully Wagner can unearth a gem. Not guarantees but I'm more confident in our current manager's judgement than I have been in that of most recent Town managers.
Onwards and upwards.

Lets not forget that JL only plays football to pay his bills and fatten his wallet. Double training and then training at 19:45 for mid week games - fook that for a game of soldiers. Off to smoke where I can take it easy. Good luck to you Joel, it was a pleasure having you here.

Lets hope when the window opens we get some I'm pretty confident we'll see another CB in if/when Lynch goes, whether he's from the championship or not I have no idea. Championship clubs bring in Foreign players all the time, we've only just tapped into it, which IMO is a good thing, we should spread the net as far as we can stretch it to try & find new talent to help us kick on. In an ideal world we'd tie down Lynch to a new contract but that doesn't look like it's likely, so IMO the club are doing the right thing in letting him move & getting a fee early in the window & give the club time to find a suitable replacement. Still 70 odd days til the window closes so we shouldn't be too concerned, that is unless you don't trust the clubs hierarchy of course?

Voted 3rd best player in 3.Bundesliga, the first defender to be nominated since its inception in 2008.. Club captain of a championship winning side.. A massive fans favourite with the Dynamo faithful.. Used to playing in front of 30k+ fans.. But bollocks to all that, if terrierpark reckons he won't be up to it, what does Wagner know, eh? Why dont you nominate him for president then and have done ? Shall we start with a team with no championship players then? I was not slating hefele but eluding to the fact that in the present rebuilding process we are short on championship proven players. Does that not concern you at all? As others have said all signings are a gamble but when you have to assemble so many there are other factors like the old stan ternent gel factor to consider and experience in the divsion to consider. You need to stop panicking fella Hefele will be a step up from the current Central defenders have some patience and dont shit it

Rich kid goes to poor kid's party and sees poor kid's best toy. Immediately rich kid screams 'ME,ME,ME!' pointing at poor kid's toy. Rich kid's mummy has to appease the spoilt brat and pulls out a purse full of tenners. Poor kid's mum knows that this will feed the family for a month and accepts the offer. Meanwhile poor kid hugs his knees crying in a corner in the bleak realisation that this is his life's fate.

Let's be fair if fans are going to be antagonised about losing our best players then at least give a balanced counter argument.

We don't need to sell our best players
He's one of our best players
We sell our best players
Big fan of Lynch and all he's about
Been brilliant under Wagner
Will we ever reinvest? Surely any money goes straight to Wagner
Dear oh dear!

How do I make myself better, to stop it happening again! I prefer to think Dean is following this course of action! Big change doesn't happen overnight. Anyway I blame the NSL (SSL and now WSL) for not singing "Lynch, Lynch will tear you apart again!" enough. UTT TTID

Lynch was the only top quality championship defender we've had in recent years. A quality signing from Grayson. I really enjoyed watching him play. On his day his he was too good for most championship strikers. It's a real shame we never found him a partner.
He will be very difficult to replace.

Our only Prem standard player. Very sad to see him go. You honestly think Lynch could defend in the Premier League? Top class strikers would eat him for breakfast. I think Lynch would be fine in the premier league. He's looked great playing next to crock of shit players like Hudson and Davidson.

You can't possibly write him off or on until he has established himself in the first team so it was a bit of a silly question from you to begin with. Joel Lynch was not only an established first team player but a key player and losing him is yet another big loss. Before you start I know he wants to leave but we need to replace him with someone better if we want to improve.

Seems a sensible thing to do. That ok for you Stevie? And how can you tell we HAVEN'T replaced Lynch 'with someone better' unless you know what the new lad's got... so your last statement is a 'bit silly' really. Lynch is spilled milk. We move on.

All players go... but he was the best in our squad. This will prove how committed Dean is. Did he not say that no one will be leaving without the managers agreement and only if they can be replaced with better players. If this is the case I am ok with Lynch going.

Dear me, thousands of players have left the club over our lifetime. Lynch was good but his circumstances have changed. We are going to get a good fee for him. Move along, embrace the exciting times...
Sorry for been positive. Im pissed off really.

By my reckoning we still need 1. Centre half - 1st choice 2. Goalkeeper 3. Striker 4. Another attacking midfielder
Plus 5. Paterson or another attacking midfielder 6. Possibly right back cover
Sounds like some of that is done but thats a lot of work still to do and in 2 or 3 cases needs £ to be spent
The outfield players need to be in early or won't be fit enough for the system

The main gist of this debate is, if we are to improve, and go for it, then we need a 'PROVEN' stronger team and no more Matmours and Manus etc coming in.

Lynch was/is good ..but getting a bit prone to injury now and maybe , as said above, the training regime was too much. We need younger, taller, fitter all action 90 minute 100% fit athletes now...
